With the last of the pain being destroyed the only person there who could cause any problem was Konan and Jin could easily leave Konan to Jiraiya.
Thinking this Jin said.
"Master Jiraiya, you take care of this woman and I will find your real student who is hiding up there in that building," said Jin.
Jiraiya glanced at Jin and then back to Konan who could not hear what Jin just said. Jiraiya knew that Jin is not a good opponent for Konan. And this is not something which only Jiraiya thinks.
Jin himself thinks that he is not a good opponent to people who can directly neglect his physical attacks. Like Obito is a big problem which he will be facing.
Jiraiya nodded and Jin then vanish from his place to get to the Nagato.
Of course, the moment Konan saw Jin going a bad premonition came to her heart and finally, she realize where Jin is going.
Jiraiya tried to stop Konan from following Jin but he was naturally unsuccessful. Not many people can stop Konan and Obito from moving and getting out of trouble.
The moment when Jin arrive was Nagato he saw a peculiar scene. But it's not like he was not expecting this.
Nagato was lying there, dead and both of his eyes were hollow. Jin already knew that this will happen and this was the reason he did not take both of the eyes because simply he could not. Konan as there at that time to stop him and later either black Zetsu or Obito himself.
The moment he was thinking about this, he felt something. This instinct which came to him instantly and made him close his eyes.
Of course, he was counting on Konan to follow him when she realize that he was coming after Nagato but the person who came after him was not Konan.
The moment Jin closed his eyes, his body automatically moved and dodged the attack coming towards him. On instinct alone, he also launch a counterattack but the attack did not connect.
It is not like he did not attack right but rather the attack got passed through.
"So it was Obito who took out Nagato's other eye," thought Jin looking at Obito for the first time.
Obito was like usual wearing a mask and looking at Jin with his only expose Sharingan. Jin did not want to fight this person right now. The problem is that Jin currently has only one technique which could defeat Obito but currently he can't use that meaning he has to rely on his Ultra Instincts or Teleportation technique.
But Jin did not want to fight Obito right now. Because there is also Konan who will be coming after him soon.
"Where is the other eye?" ask Obito.
He was very direct this time around and this even shocked Jin a little because the Obito he remember in the anime always joke around until the very end of the anime.
He knew that right now he is not facing Tobi but rather the big villain Obitio himself.
"Hey don't you have one, It's not fair for asking for more." joke Jin.
Obito's single eye narrowed and this was the time when Konan came there.
Jin already knew that Obito will be using Nagato's death and pit Jin and Konan at each other.
Jin use the momentary shock that Konan was experiencing right now to attack Konan. He was not planning to kill either Konan or Nagato but he now has to so that Konan do not cause him more trouble later on.
Jin blasted out with incredible power and appear behind Konan. Even Obito with his Sharingan was not able to track Jin.
Jin directly created a Ki blast on his hand and blasted Konan's head.
"Maybe this might be a panic move from my side but currently this is the best way to handle the situation. If Konan came after me for revenge because Obito tell her his lies then it will create more problems for me in the future" thought Jin.
Obito was also surprised by Konan's death. In fact, Jin was only able to kill Konan because he sneaks attacked Konan at her most venerable moment.
Jiraiya later came in and saw Konan dead. Then he looked towards the masked man in front of him. Jin did not know what Jiraiya was thinking currently but did not care anymore.
Obito on the other side was thinking about whether to fight both Jiraiya and Jin or to wait so he can get the Rinnegan back.
After thinking repeatedly, he decided to leave as he was unsure whether he would be able to take the Rinnegan back from Jin while also fighting with Jiraiya. He also knows that Jin also has a time-space Jutsu.
He then started his technique and was about to leave but before leaving he said.
"I will take that eye from you Jin Takashi," said Obitio.
"You can only get that if you know how to time travel," said Jin before Obito completely teleported.
With this Obito completely teleported out. And the fight finally ended.
"What was that all about "asked Jiraiya.
"Nothing special, those eyes were the real source of this person's power," said In pointing towards now dead Pain.
"I ended up destroying one of the eye when I sneak attack him earlier. The problem is that that masked man took the other eye" continued Jin.
He did not even bother to explain how Konan is dead. Jiraiya should not care in the first place right?
Well of course he care but he did not show that in front of Jin of course.
"We should get going. The leader of the Akatsuki is dead and right now we should focus on taking in that masked man." Jin said and Jiraiya also nodded.
"The story is already very different and now Even I don't know how everything will end. But one thing which I am sure about is that I will make sure that I will be the strongest by the end of this story" thought Jin.
