Chapter 8: Meeting 3rd Hokage
Konoha.
Hokage Tower.
"Come In!"
Muttered Hiruzen in a dignified manner, as he awaits along with his comrades.
When the door knob turns, a tall, handsome young man with long, silky white hair going down to his back and beautiful Three-Tomoe Eyes glowing.
They are dazzled by his godly-appearance, so they unconsciously couldn't say words now because of the youth's appearance.
"Who are you, and why are you visiting Konoha?"
Said Hiruzen, he wakes up from his stupor, he has to admit this man is far more handsome than even Danzo when he was in his youth.
"My name is Kira Otsutsuki, and I am traveler that likes to explore the world."
Lied Kira, as he says this while looking around the big-oval office, a hidden ambition flashes in his eyes.
In order to fully take control of this world, Kira will first have to build up a reputation and by doing that is by killing some big names like 3rd Raikage and Almighty A.
"Otsutsuki, I have never heard of that name before, or you from a Clan far away?"
Said Danzo this time, he is very interested in this boy, he saw a pair of fully-matured Sharingan in his eyes awhile ago, so a greedy look appeared in his eyes.
"My Clan's name is far away, my Dojutsu and Kekkei Genkai are far above the so-called Uchiha and Hyuga Clan."
Said Kira in a tone full of arrogance for his character, his eyes are feel with extreme self-confidence.
"If you say, so why are you here now, based on your confidence I can tell that you are some gifted Shinobi."
"My Clan went extinct, they couldn't procreate, so they died, I am the only one that was born without getting a disease or dying."
Muttered Kira, he has long thought of a lie when he came here, so making up a clan that doesn't exist is worth something to believe in, right?
"I'm so sorry about your loss and your Clan's loss, so are you here to be a citizen of Konoha, or a Shinobi of Konoha."
Said Hiruzen with a interested smile on his face, he wants to know the answer of this young boy in front of him.
"I want to be a Shinobi of Konoha, so I can prove myself that I am the strongest alive."
Said Kira with a dominant look on his face, keeping up this mask is irritating to say the least.
Thought Kira in his head, he wants to learn Ninjutsu to, and also all of the Arts of Shinobi, he has inherited his brother's talent and Chakra Attribute.
"If you want to prove yourself, than I will pick an opponent of my choosing to battle you."
Answers Hiruzen, he gets up from his chair and walks towards Kira's figure with a serious look on his face.
"Meet me at Training Ground 3."
*Swoosh*
Hiruzen disappears with a Body Flickers Jutsu, leaving the Konoha Elders and Kira alone in the small-circular room.
"I hope you don't disappoint me, Kira, I have only high expectations for you, so don't let me down, I am counting on you."
Said Danzo coldly, as he walks away from the room with a very interested look in his eyes, that was completely noticeable to Kira's eyes.
Koharu was there with his friend, and he looks at the both of them with a neutral look on his face making the both of them a bit uncomfortable.
"We are also listening and watching your performance in the shadows, I hope you can impress us of your so-called power and strength."
Said the 2 Elders, as they both walked out of the office with interested look on their faces.
Watching them leave, Kira directly disappears with a White Flash, if anyone saw this, they would be amaze.

Hagoromo's talent is no joke, Kira figured out the main points and weak points of the Body Flicker Jutsu with just a glance.
With little practice, he can even directly surpass Shisui's speed in the Body Flickers Jutsu.

Training Ground 3.
Kira arrives in a White Flash, Hiruzen and the Elders saw this and were both surprise with what they saw.
"This Body Flicker Jutsu is the pinnacle of the Body Flicker Jutsu what frightening talent."
"Who taught you the Body Flicker Jutsu?"
Said Hiruzen with an interested look on his face.
"You did!"
"What frightening talent, if he can prove his strength, he can become a very powerful figure in the future and a pillar of Konoha."
"Anyway, your opponent is this fellow."

A tall figure with gravity defying hair on top of his head, he has dead-fish eyes with a black mask that covers up half of his face.
He also has the legendary famous White-Chakra Sword on his back that was originally his father the White Fang of Konoha.
Kira's eyes narrowed slightly but they quickly changed back to normal, this Kakashi isn't even worth recognizing in his eyes right now.
