Konoha, Academy.
« And why ? I know it is your friend but i'm scared that you will have to do it » said the teacher.
« Is is not that I don't want to fight Tatsuya. It is just that I can't win against him only in taijutsu ».
Everyone was astomished. The eldest son of the Uchiha's patriarch was sure to be defeated ?

When the teacher was about to respond with a negative answer, an ambu appeared and whisper something to him.
« Hum okay, I allow you to use everything you need as a real fight. I will also have to tell you that, the Lord third and the elders are watching you ».
Tatsuya and Itachi went next to the teacher.
« Are you ready ? Go ! »
Itachi dashed away and lunched a fireball without hand-signs to Tatsuya. The last one jumped five meters high to escape the uchiha boy's attack. But when the fireball began to fade away, four shurikens rushed onto him. He took his katana from his inventory and deflected them.
The others could not understand how Itachi used a ninjutsu like nothing and the apparition of Tatsuya's sword.
When the smoke disipated, Itachi rushed to Tatsuya with the intent to fight with taijutsu. What happened next was a succession of attacks, defenses and dodges. The one who broke that repetition was Tatsuya who used his katana to slash his opponent's chest. Itachi had just the time to dash away and threw a shuriken. Tatsuya just avoided it and lunched his katana towards him.

« You lost brother » said Itachi. He was behind Tatsuya with a kunai pointing at Tatsuya's throat.
Everyone was dumbfounded by what they saw. Were they only 6 years old ? How is this possible ?

Somewhere next to the academy, on the roof of a building, two men saw the fight and the one with a black kimono and a bandage on his left eye began to talk.

The two person were The lord third and Shimura Danzo. While the Hokake leads the ambu division, Danzo leads the root division. They were elite ninjas who had to complete the difficult missions in the shadow.

The next morning, when the class began, Toshiro declared. « I corrected your exams last night. And i'm greatly surprised from some of you, espacially you Tatsuya and Itachi. You had a perfect score. Also, we talked with the academy's director and the lord third to directly promote you to genin. »
All the student were shocked. They could not complain about Itachi but Tatsuya did not use ninjutsu. They thought that it was not fair to promote him to genin.
The teacher looked at the students reaction and sighed. But before he could say anything, Tatsuya flickered next to him, created seventeen shadow clones. Each clones transformed themselves to each pupils in this class. It was so quick that they just saw seventeen people appear out of nowhere.
It was the teacher who regained his calm first.
« So, any complaints ? » he asked with a smile on his lips.
No one dared to say something. The teacher then took two headbands from his pocket.
« Uchiha Itachi, Sawano Tatsuya, congratulations for advancing to genin ! I hope you will fulfill your dream ! »
They both thanked respectfully the professor. The last one began to clap and the other students followed him. The two genius then left the academy.
The teacher began his course and sometimes used the name of the two kids to motivate his student.
Itachi and Tatsuya went on different ways. The teacher told them to directly go the hokage's office this afternoon at 2 p.m.
While Itachi went to his house, Tatsuya went to the hospital to tell this news to his mother.
Tatsuya's POV
When I got to the hospital, the nurses recognised me. I always saw their pitying smiles when they greet me but I don't care. I went to the room were my mother was. As usual, I knocked the door with the hope that she will answer me. I opened the door, always the same atmosphere in this room. I brought the same flowers as everyday. The silence in this room was unbearable as if I constantly hear it screaming.
« Hello mum, today I graduated from the academy with Itachi. It was fast right ? Well, I was also surprised by this. I will finally begin to earn money to pay the hospital and house rent. I wonder when you will wake up. But don't worry, I will be there at that moment. Auntie Hana and auntie Mikoto took well care of me so you should not worry about it either. Tatsuya stay a little longer watching his mother in silence then left at noon to eat with his best friend at Mikoto's house.

One seemed to be a jonin with the aura he gave and the other one maybe a genin. We walked in front of him and get down with a knee on the ground.
« Get up, get up. Congratulations for becoming a genin. I have to say, you put a new record » said Hiruzen with a smile.
« Thank you Hokage-sama » Itachi and I said at the same time.
« As you know, your case is a little bit special. I already talked with your father, Itachi to put you and Tatsuya on a team. I could not talk to your mother for obvious reason Tatsuya but I'm sure she would agree with me. This is Minazuki Yuki, your new sensei and Nara Shinichi who will be your teammate ».
When I looked at Shinichi, I had a sensation that I knew him, but instead of the old guy earlier, he gave me good vibes.
