At dawn, Uchiha Kazuki was, as usual, sitting in a small shop not far from the ninja academy, eating breakfast while observing the people passing by on the road from the corner of his eye.
He only withdrew his gaze after a child dressed in Uchiha attire, carrying a backpack, entered the ninja academy.
"Successfully copied, obtained a small amount of Indra's chakra. Do you want to merge?"
"Merge."
Silently thinking this, Kazuki put down the bamboo chopsticks in his hand, placed the money on the table, got up, and left.
After Kazuki left, a ninja from the Anbu quickly withdrew from the shadows not far from the breakfast shop and reported to the Hokage's office.
"Hokage-sama, Kazuki had breakfast at the snack shop across from the ninja academy as usual. He left after Uchiha Sasuke entered the school without any unusual behavior."

The Third Hokage, smoking his pipe, exhaled heavily.
He couldn't understand why Kazuki, without fail, went to the breakfast shop every day.

He hoped nothing major had happened.
Arriving at the Hokage's office building, Shisui took a deep breath and knocked on the door.
"Come in."
Receiving permission, Shisui opened the door and entered the Hokage's office, respectfully saluting the Third Hokage who was working at his desk: "Hokage-sama."
Hearing Shisui's voice, the Third Hokage put down the documents in his hand.

"There is something I need to understand in detail."

"According to Anbu's investigation, Uchiha Kazuki, the squad leader of the police force, always seems to get close to the ninja academy, trying to approach Naruto and Sasuke."
To investigate someone, to understand someone, what's the best way? First, find a reason to investigate them. This was something the Third Hokage was already adept at.
"What? Kazuki?"
As expected, Shisui was stunned at first, then showed some bewildered and incredulous emotions.
Kazuki liked to eat near the ninja academy, a habit that had lasted for more than half a year and had become familiar to the Uchiha clan.
Shisui was also worried that Kazuki might cause trouble, so he had followed him for a while, but found out that there was nothing to worry about.

As for approaching Naruto, that was absolutely nonsense.
Kazuki had never been within a hundred meters of Naruto.
Even on patrol, he would deliberately avoid him.
"Is this an internal Uchiha arrangement, or is it Kazuki's personal behavior?"
"Hokage-sama."
Shisui became anxious and quickly explained:
"There has never been such an arrangement within the clan, nor has anyone been instructed to approach Naruto. Going to the ninja academy for breakfast is Kazuki's personal habit.
