Their forces had exceeded 2000, leaving everyone perplexed as to how they managed to amass such a sizable army. Both Wu-Tang and Danzo recognized the impending danger once the Night Country dealt with the Rock Village; they would undoubtedly turn their attention to Konoha.
With this knowledge in mind, Wu-Tang and Danzo made a decisive plan. They understood that striking a heavy blow against the Night Country before they were free from the Rock Village was essential. The Cloud Village eagerly joined forces in this operation, united in their goal to deliver a crippling blow to their shared enemy.
