Chapter 2: Sharingan

Inside the Nara clan compound, nothing unusual happened. Even when Shikari's heartbreaking scream rang out, no one heard it. It was like none of that had happened.

However, inside Shikari's room, the situation was completely different. Her body was sprawled on the floor, and fresh blood was leaking from her eyes. Thankfully his heartbeat was still there, or anyone would have thought he was a corpse.

Luckily that didn't last long.

🇧🇷

Unbeknownst to me how much time had passed, I slowly started to regain my consciousness, but I still couldn't clearly feel the rest of my body.

The only thing I could feel was the slight burning sensation coming from my eyes.

My eyes?

My body suddenly went cold remembering everything that happened. Before passing out, I remembered feeling a huge boost in my vision before I fell into unconsciousness.

If there had been no accident, my eyes would have undergone a major transformation, right? But when I thought about the purpose of this hellish pain, the urge to cry was almost unbearable.

"Let's not think about it for now. First let's wait for the pain to subside, and then draw the appropriate conclusions."

It was good that I still managed to remain calm somehow, as over time the pain eventually disappeared.

"My eyes..."

My mind was filled with worries about whether everything was okay or not, and I slowly but surely began to loosen the grip around my eyes.

Gradually, as I slowly removed my hands from my eyes, I was glad to realize that my eyes could still see the light.

However, when the sun's rays came into contact with my eyes so directly, the severe burn made me squint, but still made the weight of worry on my shoulders fall to the ground along with the air trapped in my lungs.

My eyes slowly adjusted to the sunlight and I could finally see the outside world again.

However, the next situation almost made my heart go into shock.

At that moment, the entire world seemed to have become one of tens of thousands of different colors.

The miraculous sight of my eyes made everything seem perfectly clear and beautiful. As if I was seeing the world in the lowest quality before.

I could even see the tiny dust particles in the air, which certainly wasn't something a normal eye could see.

It certainly wasn't common.

"What's going on with this improvement? My eyes can even..."

When this thought arose, I finally understood that I had succeeded in merging with anime's most stolen eyes. This made me inadvertently reveal an expression of immense euphoria and joy.

I was pretty sure my eyes had gone through a lot of changes and were at least 10 times or more stronger than the original eye. Of course, these were the Uchihas' eyes after all.

Quickly taking a small pocket mirror from my drawer, and looking closely, I finally felt as if the system was truly divine.

Those two mysterious red eyes swirling in my two eye sockets.

Excitedly focusing some chakra towards my new eyes, a Crimson glow was emitted, seeming to contain a demonic charm on my pretty face.

🇧🇷

After a while, feeling like I was starting to needlessly lose a lot of chakra, I took a deep breath and turned off my eyes, before washing up and changing into clean new clothes.

Taking a deep breath, I opened the door and stepped out of my room as usual. My eyes were back to their normal colors, and there was nothing different about me. So I didn't worry about my secret being exposed.

"Shikari, you're here! Go quickly to your breakfast, and don't be late for class."

When Yoshino saw that her son was fine, she quickly gave her first scolding of the day so as not to lose her habit as usual.

However, even making an angry voice, it was impossible to hide the gentle feelings in his eyes when looking at his son. Even though she was a mother with a firm hand, she was soft at heart.

"Yes, yes, I'm coming." Shikari shook his head at his mother's sullenness, and walked into the kitchen. "By the way, where's the little slacker? Is he gone yet?"

Shikari asked seeing that he was alone in the house with his mother.

Also, little slacker was the nickname given by him to his brother Shikamaru.

"Yes, he left with his father after breakfast. You too, hurry up and don't miss a day of school. I'm warning you, I'll talk to your teacher to find out how you're doing at the gym."

"Ugh!?"

I almost choked on my breakfast when I heard that. Come to think of it, my grades were above average, so there were no problems. However, the little slacker wouldn't look so good if that happens.
