Chapter 16: Chunin Exams-I
[Morning]
Naruto was going towards the meeting point when he sensed quite a large chakra signature in the village. He stopped for a moment and then ran towards the chakra signature.
Naruto reached the position to see a guy with a puppet and makeup, picking a kid from the ground to beat him up. He then saw sakura standing behind the kid.
Circe: ' Naruto, that kid is Hokage's grandson.'
Naruto: ' okay, i see. '
[Naruto turned towards makeup guy]
Naruto: ' Are you starting a war?'
Makep_guy: ' What do you mean?'
Naruto: ' That's Hokage's grandson. Whom you are trying to beat?'
[Sakura POV]
Sakura: ' That kid is Hokage's grandson. I am in big trouble.'
[earlier that morning]
Sakura was going towards the meeting place when she saw three children laughing and talking about her forehead large enough to hang an advertisement banner.
Sakura got very angry at that comment and tried to hit the kids, but they ran, and she ran after them.
Kids ran into a group of two people who wore Suna's headband, one girl and another weird guy with makeup.
She was so scared of him before naruto came and said something about the kid being Hokage's grandson.
[end POV]
Naruto: ' All of you can come out, Sasuke and another guy.'
Sasuke: ' hn, Who are you people?'
Temari: ' Hello, I am Temari, this is Kankuro my brother, and that's my youngest brother Gaara.'
Sakura: ' what are you doing here even if we are allies?'
Naruto: ' They are here for Chunin exams.'
Sasuke: ' How do you know of this?'
Sakura: ' I have not asked you this but what chunin exam are you talking about?'
Temari: ' Yes, we are here for chunin exams this year which are being conducted in Konoha.'
Circe: ' Naruto, that red-haired kid is just like you. He has tail beast sealed in him.'
Naruto: ' okay, but can he control the power?'
Kurama: ' No kid that tanuki will take over him if he tried to sleep so he is very unstable.'
Naruto: ' Everyone, we have a team meeting to attend, let's take our leave. '
Sasuke: ' hn, and started moving towards meeting spot. '
Sakura started following him and then a voice came.
Gaara: ' Stop! '
Sasuke: ' What do you want? '
Gaara: ' My mother wants your blood Uchiha Sasuke. '
Sasuke turned and started moving again. Sakura ran after him before he left her with those psychopaths.
Gaara turned towards where naruto was standing to say something to him, only to find the place empty.
[a few minutes earlier]
Naruto heard what Gaara said to Sasuke he doesn't want to bring any problem to him, so he ShunShined away before Gaara could turn around and ran towards the meeting place.
[At meeting place]
Naruto was waiting for Kakashi, Sasuke, and Sakura to arrive at the meeting spot.
After a few minutes, Sasuke and Sakura arrived.
Sakura:' Sasuke-Kun will you go on a date with me today? '
Sasuke: ' hn, and turned towards another side. '
Sakura pestered Sasuke for another one-half hour before Kakashi appeared at the spot.
Kakashi: ' Hello, my little Gennin's '
Sakura: ' You are late! '
Kakashi: ' I was coming towards here when I met a black cat crossing my road then I have to go around the village to come here. '
Sakura: ' lies, all of them. '
Kakashi: ' I have registered you for chunin Exams if you want to attend be there at three pm at the academy in room number 302.'
Kakashi ShunShined out of there afterward leaving everyone to think about the exam. Sasuke and Sakura left after Kakashi Puffed out of existence.
Naruto stood there for some time and decided to talk to Circe about taking the exam.
Naruto: ' Circe, Do you think I should take part in this exam? '
Circe: ' Yes, it will be a good experience for you and maybe you can become chunin and get rid of your so-called team teammates. '
Naruto: ' Maybe, I should talk this with Ino. '
Circe: ' Well, It's your choice. '
[Later at Yamanaka Shop]
Naruto entered the shop only to find Ino behind the counter.
Ino: ' Hi baby, how are you here? '
Naruto: ' I need to talk about Chunnin exams. '
Ino: ' What do you need to talk about? I am all ears. '
Naruto: ' Should we take chunin exams this year or not? '
Ino: ' Why are you so worried you are the strongest Gennin and reaching chakra levels of a Kage. '
Naruto: ' I don't have a good feeling about this exam, something is not right. '
Ino: ' What do you mean? '
Naruto: ' I met someone like me, He was pretty unstable so, you should keep your distance from the Suna team. '
Ino: ' You mean to say they have demon beast inside them? '
Naruto: ' Yes, you see the number one is sealed inside him. '
Ino: ' Can you share their memory? '
Naruto: ' okay! '
Naruto and Ino held their hands and Ino used her clan Jutsu to see the memory of what happened.
Ino: ' Okay I see, I will be very careful around them even if I had super strength. '
Naruto: ' Okay, we will take part in the exam and see what happens let's be prepared for anything. '
[Later at Senju Compound]
Naruto was looking through the library of Senju and found a scroll about wood style.
Naruto: ' Circe, Do you think I can do this? '
Circe: ' Yes, I think so, why don't you try to mix water and earth chakra and check if this will work? '
Naruto practiced for a few hours, he was able to grow a small plant after trying mixing different proportions of chakra.
Naruto made 1000 clones to read all of the library's books and started practicing wood-style techniques.
