Skip ahead in time by one day, and we are now in the Konoha Hospital.
The day before yesterday was a challenging one for everyone, challenging in the sense that they discovered a demon within their friend and had to battle him in order to bring him back to the leaf.
Because he had used up all of his Chakra, Naruto was lying in a hospital bed and was in a coma.
Even though he was dressed in hospital robes, it was easy to see that he had bandages covering every part of his body, including his eyes. Jiraya was successful in tightening the seal on Naruto to prevent the Kyuubi from taking control of him once more. Sakura, the girl of his dreams, was sitting on a chair next to his bed, smiling gently at him as she looked at him. She was next to him. Since the moment he arrived at the medical facility, Sakura was never far from his line of sight at any point in time.
Gaara and his siblings asked Sakura some time ago why did he try to leave, and Sakura responded by saying that Gaara had about every right to crush Sakura, but he saw that she realised her mistake with Naruto and decided to forgive her, as well as Kankuro and Temari. Gaara had about every right to crush Sakura (.P.S. Temari forced Kankuro to forgive Sakura or else she would reveal he had to take baths with her until he was nine years old).
Tsunadae didn't punish Sakura because she knows that Sakura had already learned her lesson for what she did to Naruto. Tsunadae also sees herself in Sakura, remembering the mistakes she made; the only difference is that Sakura realised her mistakes sooner than Tsunadae did. Everyone else has forgiven Sakura as well.
Gaara and his siblings remained in the leaf for some time to check on Naruto and make sure he was okay. However, they were unable to remain there for an extended period of time because their village required them as well, and so they left after only watching over Naruto for a short while.
There were four ANBU standing watch outside of Naruto's room to protect him. Sure, it was a bit excessive to send four ANBU guards to watch over Naruto; however, if fifty percent of the hospital hadn't tried to kill Naruto, it wouldn't have been necessary.
When Sakura inquired with the secretary about the location of Naruto's room, she was able to recall the incident.
(A rewind to several hours ago)
Sakura was on her way to the hospital with some encouraging news: Naruto was going to make a full recovery. She showed the blonde a tiniest hint of a smile to convey her contentment with his condition; she was relieved to see that he wasn't too badly hurt.
She entered the hospital and proceeded to the reception desk, where she questioned a secretary about Naruto's room.
"Excuse me miss?" Sakura called, A female secretary approached the counter, and as she did so, she greeted the customers by smiling.
"Yes, how may I help you?" The Secretary inquired in a courteous manner, "I'm looking for a room, and the patient's name is "Naruto Uzumaki." Do you know which room he is in?" Sakura Asked politely, As soon as the Secretary learned of the situation, her initially welcoming demeanour quickly morphed into one of disgust "Demon's" Name "Him! He can be found in room 208! Demon doesn't deserve to be here!" When the secretary heard their question, she answered while facing away from Sakura, Stern, and Anger. In her voice
Sakura scowled and glared angrily at the woman, who had angered her by referring to Naruto-Kun as a demon. Sakura wanted to yell at the woman, but since they were in a hospital, she refrained from doing so because she didn't want to wake up other patients. She shrugged it off and went to check on Naruto in his room. She decided to ignore what had happened.
(The flashback comes to an end.) After recalling everything that had happened, Sakura tightly gripped Naruto's left hand, hoping that he would come to in the next minute or so.
"Naruto-Kun, If you can hear my thoughts, I want to say that I am sorry for breaking the promise that I made to you when we first met. However, this time, I want to make a promise that will last a lifetime: I will love you and I will never hurt you for as long as I live ever." Sakura reflected while Naruto rested his hand on her head and a gentle grin played across her lips as she did so (Location, Team 7 training grounds)
While Sasuke was training, he was using his Taijutsu to strike one of the wooden posts. At this point, he was concentrating his chakra on increasing his speed. He was a little peeved that the dope had beaten him in the sparring match early yesterday morning, but he quickly got over it and made the decision to get stronger so that he could protect Naruto from the possession of the Kyuubi.
He was being followed by someone, or should I say some Hyuga, who were hiding behind one of the trees behind him and watching him without him noticing it. Sasuke hasn't taken notice of that in quite some time, but he's starting to get suspicious about it.
Hinata, posing as a Hyuga, had been following Sasuke for some time, gathering intel on him. It was unclear to her why she was engaging in this behaviour. The only thing that she could say was that she was feeling something deep down inside of her, and she still hasn't gotten over the hug that Sasuke gave her. Sasuke hasn't forgotten about it either.
Sasuke couldn't understand why he did that to Hinata; he just felt like it, and he just couldn't stand to see her cry like that; however, that wasn't an excuse for him to hug her, was it? Sasuke couldn't understand why he did that to Hinata; he just felt like doing it.
Because Sasuke was more concerned with his training than with a silly thought that had been bothering him ever since Hinata had dropped him off at the medical facility the day before, the response to your question would have to be postponed for the time being. There were no serious injuries that he had sustained; he mostly just had a few cuts and bruises, but nothing that Tsunadae couldn't heal.
Hinata quickly turned away from Sasuke and hid behind the tree as she subtly blushed and hoped that Sasuke wouldn't see her. Sasuke had been training when he sensed some chakra coming from behind him. When he turned, he saw that Hinata had done the same thing.
