Chapter 112: They never learn

After an hour had passed, Michael finally regained consciousness; however, he found himself lying flat on his stomach, staring blankly ahead at the stars above him.

"Wha–What happened?" He muttered in a daze.

Then suddenly remembering everything that occurred during the last hour.

With a startle, he sat upright immediately. Looking around frantically for anything suspicious only caused panic to set in deeper still. 

'Where's that fucker?!'

After searching everywhere else except for where he lay, he turned back to find Tristan sitting beside him, holding a handful of pebbles.

"Hey buddy. That was some nap, am I right?" Tristan asked kindly.

"Where am I?" Michael croaked hoarsely.

"Somewhere you won't be heard from ever again." Tristan grinned evilly before tossing the stones aside.

Klak!!

His gaze fell on Michael's bleeding knuckles.
