Chapter 333: Talk it out

A few months later

"Boss, today's schedule." Jamie says, handing Ethan a blue file.

Ethan looks up at her, takes his glasses off of his face and places the pen on the document he was going through, "How long do I have to ask you to stop calling me boss?"

Jamie remains unfazed, Ethan heaves out a sigh and pushes his hair back in annoyance.

"Boss, we are in office and we should properly address each other." Jamie says, flashing a polite smile before she places the file on the desk seeing Ethan had no intention of taking it from her.

She bows her head down and turns around making her way to the cabin, Ethan bites his bottom lip and looks at her with a huff.

He stands up and walks after her, he grabs her palm and pulls her close to him, Jamie gasps, placing her palm on his chest for support.

"What are you doing?!" Jamie whisper-shouts, Ethan squints his eyes and Jamie gulps, meeting his furious eyes.
