Chapter 294: Jamie... will you marry me?

"Ryan? Are you inside the room?" Robert knocks on the door since it had been long that he was home and there was no sight of his son, feeling worried about him Robert knocks continuously but having no response he slowly opens the door peeking in.

He finds Ryan lying on the bed uncomfortably, he heaves out a sigh probably thinking Ryan sleeping but as he walks closer his heart drums harder at the sight, Ryan was not only sleeping but he had dry tears on his cheeks, nose red while his pillow was still dark from being wet with his tears.

"Did he just... cried to sleep?" Robert questions himself, he slowly sits down on the edge of the bed and watches Ryan sleep taking in soft breaths in and out. He extends his hand placing it on his head and caressing his head.
