Chapter 151: I am not a kid!

"Mr.Bryne... There are rumors that you were chosen as the new CEO while the other person who also deserved this position was ignored... Is it true that Mr. Grimes has a son? " 

He stood frozen struck by the sudden question. Why was it asked and was that really what it seems like? Ethan has this very thought while the crowd below him stared at him with anticipation. While some were scoffing to have found him silent most probably loss at words. 

"Why are you silent, Mr.Bryne?" one of the reporters among them speaks forwarding himself and extending his mike closer to Ethan. Ethan looks at Jamie as these sudden questions hit him making him question himself if Jamie was at disadvantage. Jamie smiles at him softly assuring him that she was fine and fine in a way he was suspecting, Ethan upon understanding nods his head slightly. 

He opens his mouth to speak but an image flashes across his mind or more like a memory.
