Chapter 71: losing
The fight between Shiva and Ling Han went on for a whole 2 weeks. The landscape was completely destroyed, with blood filling the land. So much blood to the point one might think hundreds of people died here. but this blood only belonged to 2 people
A power sword aura filled the aura, as Ling Han in Eastern dragon form shot towards Shiva, who was dancing.
Both were covered in blood, injuries filling them from head to toes. They were not holding back, as this was a fight to the death.
"art is Destruction. watch my most beautiful artwork." Shiva said as he clapped his hands together. A dark aura covered his body. Everything around him was destroyed.
From color to space and time. Everything which came into contact with this fog-like aura disappeared as if it was never there.
"This is the most powerful skill I could currently use with this strength I currently... Return To Nothing." Shiva said as the fog transformed into a giant snake-like monster.
The snake-like monster shot towards Ling Han, Ling Han seeing this almost instantly transformed into an Eastern dragon.
Opening his mouth, he took a deep breath before shooting a dark red beam towards the dragon snake like a monster.
There was no explosion or anything like shock waves when the snake and beam hit. The force behind Ling Han attack was being destroyed as it touched the snake-like monster.
The snake-like monster didn't weaken from destroying Ling Han's attack but instead got bigger and stronger. Slowly Ling Han's beam attack began to turn dark before traveling upwards towards Ling Han.
Ling Han stopped the beam attack as he transformed into an Eastern dragon and shot into the sky. he quickly noticed that Shiva wasn't moving and was using this chance to recover his Qi.
'Return to Nothing... all things originated from nothing, this should be what this attack meant. That beam was the strongest attack I could send out, and it only strengthened it. This monster will not leave Shiva since he is resting. I also think there is a limit to how strong this attack could get.' Ling Han thought as he looked at the snake, which didn't follow him.
"This is getting nowhere. we are both evenly matched," Ling Han said calmly, but Shiva shook his head as he looked at him with a smile
"You haven't used that avatar technique or summoned your clones. It has been a little more than 2 years, and you could fight me without the need for such things. but there is no way you can win against me with your current strength." Shiva said with a smile as he stood up and began to do the same dance again.
Ling Han's eyes shrink, seeing Shiva was about to make another snake-like monster. He shot down as he aimed to stop Shiva, but the snake-like monster covered Shiva, making it almost impossible for Ling Han to hit Shiva.
Ling Han's body began to shrink as he transformed into his half-human half-dragon transformation. With all of his Qi fused into his blood, he waved his hands as thousands of arms grew behind him, followed by him creating 1,000 avatars.
As these manatees appeared, a tiger made out of black fog appeared next to Shiva. As soon as these two animals appeared, Shiva sat on the ground as an aura of destruction appeared on his palms.
He then began to destroy his injuries. Ling Han's eyes widened as he watched Shiva's injuries disappear as if they never were there.
"I'm simply destroying my injuries. is that so hard to understand?" Shiva said with a smile,
Ling Han's eyes were wide open. Wasn't this too overpowered.
But he smiled. It took some time for him to use this skill, although he took a few seconds to heal. With their level of strength, a second could seem like a minute.
And So, a month went by
The snake and tiger had no physical bodies, so all of Ling Han was useless. Buddhist energy was able to block them, but his attacks had made these two beasts so strong that his Buddhist energy would also make them stronger.
So Ling Han gave up attacking them and began to attack Shiva. Shiva Energy slowly dropped over the month. Before long, he could hold the two beasts anymore.
Ling Han, who was in his dragon form transformed, no longer had his scales. They were all destroyed. One could even see some of his bones.
His tail was missing, along with one of his dragon arms. Ling Han suddenly fell out of the sky as he transformed back into his human form.
Ling Han breathed heavily as he looked at Shiva, who was slowly walking towards him. Ling Han wasn't out of Qi. Fight for so long with his mind pushed to maximum made him feel as if he was tried.
"I have destroyed my limits on my body long ago. so long as I wish it, my body will move," Shiva said as he breathed heavily.
Shiva's body was like a toy, with his mind behind the hands, which controlled the movement of the toy. So even if he was so tired, so long as he had enough meant energy, he could control his body to move.
"Today, we fought as equals, and it ended as a tie again," Shiva said with a smile. With his current strength, he couldn't send out an attack strong enough to injure Ling Han.
"you won since you are the only one standing." Ling Han said softly,
"then I will take it," Shiva said as his body slowly disappeared.
"Next time, before you challenge me, make sure you reached your absolute limits," Shiva said as he disappeared, leaving only a box that fell to the ground, revealing a scroll within.
A hole appeared above Ling Han as water splashed on Ling Han. Ling Han instantly returned to his peak as he stood up like that battle never happened.
Walking over to the box, he picked it up and took the scroll, and opened it.
"God's Body. Breaking one's limitations to form the perfect body built for combat." Ling Han said softly as he looked over the technique before nodding slightly
"Berry report." Ling Han said calmly
"master, the competition back at the sect has started 4 weeks back. This following week is going to be the final, where the person ranked first will be picked." Berry said as Ling Han nodded
"how about Elise?" Ling Han asked calmly
"she has been waiting for you for the past month. She has mastered The Indestructible Heaven Scroll and left part of her soul within the farm, as you asked." Berry said as a Ling Han nodded and made hundreds of thousands of clones.
Most of these clones will go and look over the God Body and try and master it.
Another group will go through the battle and digest the understanding Ling Han got through that battle with Shiva.
Another group will comprehend Dao, while another will work on improving his technique
Ling Han sent one clone back to the sect to meet the Ancestor, while he entered the spirit farm and made another clone to meet Elise.
After which he went to regain his strength, Shiva would always destroy his cultivation or the effect of his cultivation art.

"Snort. I say the lizard bloodline is holding him back. It is the Phoenix bloodline giving him all of his strength. without my fire, how would he have least so long." The fire Phoenix, said coldly as he looked at the primordial dragon.
The fire Phoenix was a handsome young man with spiky hair, which was the color of the sun.
"You want to go to war." the primordial dragon said, enraged,
"bring it on you lizard, or even the snakes." the fire Phoenix said with a snort,
"Snort, the primordial Phoenix has already died. You are just the parts of its soul. do you think you can face us?" The black dragon, the sun of the primordial dragon, said with a short.
"Quite!" Zeus said as he slammed the hammer down, making the place go quiet. But all of the Phoenix were angrily standing up, looking at the black dragon.
Even the gods were looking at the black dragon with frowns at his words.
"let's watch what happens after the holy ground before we start making our minds... also, the death of the primordial Phoenix is something not to be spoken of. open your mouth to that subject again, and I will personally kill you." Zeus said as he looked at the black dragon
"no need for that. I will kill him myself." The primordial dragon said calmly
The primordial Phoenix was the mother of all Phoenix. born from the drop of pangu blood, it had the abilities of all Phoenix, from the immortal Phoenix to the Dark Phoenix

Although they were part of the primordial Phoenix, all memories of what the primordial Phoenix did or who it was, were not known by the Phoenix.
