Chapter 1: Chapter 1: My Rise to POWER!

In the heart of Tokyo, inside a cramped and cluttered apartment, the hum of electric lights flickered dimly against the walls. Steam rolled lazily over the cracked bathroom tiles, filling the air with a comforting warmth. Yuuto Kashimura, 21-year-old professional slacker and full-time NEET, sat soaking in a bath that was almost too hot, his mind somewhere between the bubbling water and the screen glowing in his hands.

His smartphone hovered precariously above the bathwater, the screen casting an eerie light over his face. On it, the latest episode of his favorite isekai anime played, the hero on screen swinging a magical sword that obliterated an enemy with one slash. Yuuto, leaning back with his arms stretched out to either side, smirked.

"This guy's living the dream… Reincarnated with god-level powers, hot girls falling all over him, and zero effort. He doesn't even have to work for it. Just gets stronger by existing! Must be nice… if only."

Yuuto let out a lazy sigh, the anime still playing in the background as his other hand swiped to a different app: his dating sim. The screen blinked to life, displaying a menu of blushing anime girls with impossibly large eyes, all wearing school uniforms far too short to be allowed in any actual high school.

He clicked on Yumi, his favorite waifu, and quickly started tapping through her dialogue, choosing the flirtiest options.

"Heh, like clockwork. These games are so easy, just pick the right lines, and you're golden. If only real life worked this way. I'd have a whole lineup of, "

A single drip of water from the edge of the bath hit the corner of his phone's screen, causing the display to flicker. Yuuto's eyes widened in immediate panic, and he clutched the phone tighter.

"Oh, crap!"

His fingers slipped, fumbling as the phone shot out of his hands, hitting the side of the tub with a small thud before landing directly in the water with a sickening splash.

"NO!"

The once bright screen dimmed rapidly beneath the water. Yuuto's heart pounded as he scrambled, splashing water everywhere, trying desperately to fish it out. His hand found the phone submerged under the steamy water, but as he grabbed it, sparks flew.

A flash of light shot from the phone, and an electric shock surged through the water. Yuuto's entire body locked up, his muscles tensing as the current seized him in place. His vision blurred as pain shot up his arms, but it was his thoughts that came faster than the electric surge.

"Wait, seriously? This is how I die? By my damn phone?! What kind of stupid, "

The world went white, his mind spinning into nothingness as the last remnants of consciousness slipped from him. The faint buzzing of his anime still played in the distance, absurdly calm against the chaos of his electrocution.

Silence. Absolute, suffocating silence filled the space that now surrounded Yuuto. It wasn't the kind of peaceful silence he had imagined death would bring. No, this was different. It felt… empty. Hollow.

Floating somewhere in the abyss, his consciousness flickered to life. He wasn't sure where he was, but it wasn't the apartment bathroom anymore. Yuuto's disembodied thoughts swirled, confused but not panicked. There was no pain here, no sensation, just a dull awareness of existing.

"So this is death, huh? Not what I expected. No tunnel, no light at the end of it. Just… nothing. Maybe that's for the best."

"...Wait, does this mean I don't have to pay rent anymore? Silver linings, I guess."

Suddenly, from the inky void, a soft light appeared in the distance. It started as a small point, like a star on a dark night, but it quickly grew larger, consuming the nothingness with its brightness. Yuuto didn't feel his body move, but he was being drawn toward the light, like gravity itself had latched onto him.

The light became almost blinding. He tried to squint, but his eyes, if he even had eyes anymore, didn't obey. The next thing he knew, he was falling.

The sudden sensation of being pushed into the world felt wrong. Cold air brushed against his skin, and everything felt too tight. Too small. He tried to move, but his limbs were stiff and uncooperative. His fingers, were those really his fingers?, were chubby, and his arms didn't respond the way they were supposed to.

His vision blurred, and unfamiliar sounds filled the space around him. Distant voices, muffled and comforting, drifted closer. He was lying on something soft, wrapped in warm, plush fabric. He blinked, his newly reborn eyes struggling to focus.

When they finally adjusted, he saw a canopy above him, high and ornate, decorated with embroidered gold thread. The softness of a blanket pressed against his skin, and for a moment, he felt utterly confused.

"W-What… is going on? Where am I? Why do my hands feel like marshmallows?!" Yuuto thought to himself.

It took a second, but when it hit, it hit hard.

"Oh, CRAP! I've been… reincarnated?!"

His baby body twitched involuntarily, his tiny hands clenching into fists. Panic flooded his mind, but his limbs were useless, flailing weakly. A sudden burst of frustration hit him as he realized he couldn't even speak. All that came out was a high-pitched, helpless cry.

Yuuto lay there in a haze, trying to piece things together. He'd been watching anime. He dropped his phone into the bath. He died. And now… he was a baby? This couldn't be real, right? It was too ridiculous. Even for a guy who had binge-watched every isekai under the sun, this was too much.

But the cold truth remained: his limbs were small, he was wrapped in fine baby clothes, and he couldn't control a damn thing.

"This sucks! I can't even stand up! How am I supposed to, "

Suddenly, something familiar caught his attention out of the corner of his eye, a soft glow from beside him. Yuuto's thoughts skidded to a halt.

There, lying on a plush pillow next to him, was his smartphone.

"No way… No freaking way…"

It was the exact same phone he'd dropped in the bath, but it looked untouched by water or time. He tried to reach for it, his tiny arms barely cooperating. After a few failed attempts, his chubby fingers brushed against the screen. To his shock, it lit up instantly, the familiar icons glowing back at him.

"Wait… I can use my phone? Even as a baby?!"

Hope sparked within him for the first time since waking up in this infant body. Maybe this world wouldn't be so bad after all. If he still had his smartphone, he had an advantage, a huge one. He swiped through the apps clumsily, his tiny fingers slow but precise enough.

His heart nearly stopped when he saw a new app installed:

Stats

Curiosity overtook his panic. He tapped the app, and immediately, his stats popped up in front of him.

Strength: 1

Agility: 1

Mana: 9999

The numbers blinked back at him, confirming that his magical potential was ridiculously overpowered, even if his physical abilities were laughable.

"Holy crap… I really do have stats! It's just like a game! Oh man, this is gonna be fuuuun!"

His gaze drifted down to another app icon that stood out, grayed out but visible:

World App

It was locked, with a message underneath: Unlock at World Rank 2. He didn't know what that meant yet, but it made his heart race with excitement.

Yuuto stared at his phone in disbelief, a new sense of purpose bubbling up inside him. Sure, he was a baby, but with his smartphone and these insane stats, this world was practically begging to be conquered. He grinned internally, his eyes glowing with determination.

"This is it… my second chance. A new world, overpowered stats, and a system at my fingertips. Oh yeah… I'm gonna enjoy this."

Yuuto lay in his crib, still in disbelief as he stared at the glowing screen of his smartphone. His tiny hands trembled from the effort of holding it, but he refused to let go. The weight of what had just happened was starting to settle in, he had been reincarnated into a new world, and by some miracle, his phone had come with him.

He could feel his pulse race, excitement bubbling in his chest. Sure, he was stuck in a baby's body for now, but the possibilities this new life presented were staggering. With his Stats App showing his ridiculously overpowered Mana stat of 9999, it was clear that magic was going to be his ace in the hole. He could already imagine himself one day unleashing firestorms or summoning ancient dragons, while effortlessly charming every beautiful girl in sight.

But there were still limitations, his Strength and Agility were laughably low at 1. He flexed his tiny fingers, barely able to clench his chubby fists.

"I'm physically weaker than a wet noodle right now…" Yuuto thought, frustration beginning to creep in. "But that's okay. I can work with this. The important thing is that I have my phone. If I can level up my strength over time, no one will see me coming."

Just as he was starting to adjust to the surreal reality of his reincarnation, the door to the nursery opened with a soft creak.

Yuuto froze, quickly tucking the phone under the blanket as he tried to act natural. His body stiffened, eyes darting toward the source of the sound.

A woman entered the room, her presence immediately commanding attention. She had long, flowing golden hair that shimmered even in the low light, and her graceful features exuded nobility. Her dress was elaborate, with layers of embroidered silk in shades of deep blue and silver, accentuating her curvaceous figure. She moved with elegance, her sapphire eyes full of warmth as she approached the crib.

This, Yuuto quickly realized, was his new mother.

"Is she… a noblewoman?" he thought, unable to tear his eyes away from her as she knelt down beside the crib.

Lady Seraphina Velclair, Yuuto's new mother, smiled down at him with a kind of gentle adoration that made his baby heart flutter, though, mentally, he was far more preoccupied with her appearance. Her figure was tall and statuesque, and her low-cut dress revealed more than enough of her ample bosom to remind Yuuto that, despite his new circumstances, he was still very much the same perverted young man inside.

She leaned down, cradling his small body in her arms as she lifted him up. The warmth of her skin pressed against his cheek, and Yuuto's mind went blank for a moment.

"This… is way more than I was expecting," he thought, cheeks burning even though his baby face couldn't show it. "She's gorgeous! And her... wow..."

Lady Seraphina cooed softly, unaware of the internal monologue running through her son's mind.

- Lady Seraphina:

"Oh, my sweet little Ryuto, how precious you are. Just look at you… already growing so strong."

Yuuto's brain barely registered the name. Ryuto? "Guess that's my new name. Not bad, pretty close to Yuuto. Easier to get used to."

He had to force himself to snap out of it. "Focus, Yuuto, I mean, Ryuto. You've got more important things to worry about right now than how soft your new mom's, uh... chest is."

But that was easier said than done. Every time Lady Seraphina adjusted him in her arms, the soft, pillowy sensation of being nestled against her bosom was impossible to ignore. "Is this a joke? Am I being tested here? Because this is NOT what I expected when I imagined getting pampered by a noblewoman!"

As Lady Seraphina held him close, Yuuto, or rather, Ryuto, began to take in more of his surroundings. The room was large and luxurious, with marble floors and tall windows draped in velvet curtains. The crib he'd woken up in was carved from dark wood and inlaid with gold filigree, a stark contrast to the cheap plastic futon he used to sleep on in his tiny apartment.

This wasn't just any noble family, this was wealth and power on a scale Ryuto had never seen before, except maybe in video games or anime. He felt his mind racing again, trying to piece it all together.

"I must have been reborn into some kind of upper-class family. A really rich family. This could be perfect. I could live in luxury, surrounded by riches, and with my phone's system, I could rise to the top!"

Just then, another figure entered the room. A nanny, dressed in a simple but elegant maid's uniform, her hair tied back neatly in a bun. She curtsied as she approached, her expression calm and professional.

- Nanny Elara:

"My Lady Seraphina, is young Master Ryuto ready for his morning bath?"

- Lady Seraphina:

"Yes, Elara, I think it's time."

The nanny's voice was soft but steady, and Ryuto immediately recognized that she was another important part of his new life. As she approached, he noted that she, too, was strikingly beautiful, though more reserved in her demeanor. Her uniform accentuated her figure in a way that was hard to ignore, but Ryuto forced himself to focus.

"Okay, so I've got a doting mom, a pretty nanny, and apparently, I'm living in a mansion. This might not be so bad… but I need to figure out how to use all of this to my advantage."

Lady Seraphina passed Ryuto to Elara, and the nanny held him gently as she carried him over to a small, ornate basin filled with warm water. As the bath began, Ryuto's thoughts drifted back to his smartphone, still tucked under the blanket in the crib.

"Crap… I hope they don't find it. I can't let them see it, or worse, take it away! It's my only lifeline in this world!"

His tiny limbs flailed in a mild panic, but all that came out was a series of helpless gurgles and a slight splashing as Elara gently lowered him into the water.

- Nanny Elara:

"There, there, young Master. No need to fuss. We'll make sure you're all clean and comfortable."

As the warm water surrounded him, Ryuto tried to calm down. He had to play the long game here, he was in this world for the long haul, and panicking wasn't going to help. For now, he had to rely on these women to take care of him, at least until he could walk, talk, and, most importantly, level up.

"Just relax," he told himself, "I've got my phone. I've got stats. I've got the advantage. All I need is time."

As Elara continued to bathe him, Ryuto's mind shifted gears. His initial panic faded, replaced with a cold determination. He would play along for now, let them coddle him, let them believe he was just an innocent baby. Meanwhile, he'd be making his plans.

"Once I can walk, I'll start leveling up. I'll train my magic, grow my stats, and unlock that World App. I've got a whole world to conquer… and maybe a few other things on my list too."

His eyes darted toward the blanket where his phone was hidden. A small, sly smile crossed his infant face, unnoticed by anyone around him.

"This world doesn't know it yet, but they're about to meet their next overpowered protagonist. And I've got the best cheat item of them all…"

As Ryuto was placed back in his crib, clean and wrapped in a soft towel, his eyes darted toward his smartphone, still hidden under the blanket. He was thankful no one had noticed it, but the looming worry remained. How long could he keep this secret?

His mother, Lady Seraphina, lingered for a moment, humming softly as she leaned down and placed a kiss on his forehead. Her warmth and care were undeniable, and for the briefest moment, Ryuto felt something stir within him. It was different from his usual perverted thoughts, this was a deep sense of comfort he hadn't felt in a long time, even back on Earth.

- Lady Seraphina:

"Sleep well, my sweet Ryuto. You have so much ahead of you."

She smiled, brushing a strand of hair from his tiny face before standing up and leaving the room, her dress rustling softly as she walked away.

As soon as the door closed behind her, Ryuto let out a small sigh of relief. His limbs still felt heavy and uncoordinated, but that wouldn't stop him from getting back to business. He carefully wriggled his hand toward the blanket, reaching for his phone. With a clumsy swipe, he brought the familiar screen back to life.

The Stats App still glowed brightly, showing his absurdly imbalanced stats. The 9999 Mana mocked him in a way, practically begging to be unleashed, while his Strength and Agility remained humiliatingly low.

"This is it. This phone is my key to ruling this world. I just have to figure out how to use it." He thought.

Ryuto tapped through a few other apps, trying to see what else had been brought into this world. The World App, still locked, teased him with the promise of another world to explore, but it was out of reach until he could figure out what World Rank 2 meant.

He quickly swiped to the Dating Sim App. The very thought made his eyes gleam with mischief.

The app opened with a familiar chime, and Ryuto was greeted with a simple interface. The Dating Sim App had logged Lady Seraphina and Nanny Elara as the first two entries in his list of potential romantic interests.

Their profiles popped up, complete with affection meters, likes, dislikes, and a description of their current relationship with him.

Lady Seraphina:

- Affection: 95/100

- Relationship: Loving Mother

- Likes: Family, music, caring for others.

- Dislikes: Dishonesty, violence.

Nanny Elara:

- Affection: 70/100

- Relationship: Caregiver

- Likes: Children, magic, nature.

- Dislikes: Disrespect, chaos.

Ryuto snorted to himself, half-amused and half-intrigued. "This is actually happening. I can manipulate their affection points like I'm in one of my dating sims. If I wanted to, I could max out their meters and make them do whatever I wanted... eventually."

But for now, he knew better than to push things. He was still a baby, after all. He'd have to play the long game if he wanted to truly take advantage of this app. "Once I'm older… well, we'll see where things go." The thought alone sent a wave of excitement through him.

With his mind now spinning with possibilities, Ryuto decided it was time to test the Stats App further. He tapped on the Mana stat, just to see if anything would happen.

Immediately, the screen blinked, and a notification popped up:

- Notification:

"Warning: Mana overcharge detected. Excess Mana may result in uncontrollable magical phenomena."

Ryuto blinked at the message, confused at first. Before he could react, a faint buzzing sound began to fill the air, and suddenly, the room felt charged with energy. His skin tingled, and the air seemed to hum with the raw, wild power flowing through his tiny body.

His eyes widened in horror.

"Wait, WAIT! I didn't mean to do anything yet!"

But it was too late. The overwhelming amount of Mana surged out of him in an uncontrolled burst. A flash of light exploded from his body, illuminating the entire room as sparks of magical energy shot out, hitting the walls and ceiling like fireworks.

The crib rattled violently, and for a split second, Ryuto thought the entire nursery might come crashing down. His panic spiked as the magic swirled around him like a chaotic storm, completely out of control.

After what felt like an eternity but was probably only a few seconds, the magic fizzled out, leaving the room in silence once again. Ryuto lay there, panting in his mind as his body slumped, exhausted from the sudden explosion of power.

He glanced around the room, hoping he hadn't done any serious damage. The walls were singed in a few places, and there were small scorch marks on the ceiling. His crib had somehow survived the ordeal, though it creaked ominously, as if it might collapse at any moment.

"Okay... lesson learned. Don't mess with my Mana unless I know what I'm doing."

Before he could fully process what had just happened, the door burst open, and Nanny Elara rushed in, her eyes wide with shock.

- Nanny Elara:

"Young Master! Are you alright? What happened?!"

She hurried to the crib, her eyes scanning the room, clearly bewildered by the scorch marks and the lingering traces of magic in the air. Ryuto instinctively pretended to be an innocent, clueless baby, letting out a soft gurgle and blinking up at her with wide, innocent eyes.

- Ryuto's internal monologue:

"Yeah, play dumb. Pretend nothing happened. You're just a helpless baby, after all."

Elara looked around once more, clearly confused but not entirely suspicious. She gently scooped him up from the crib, holding him close as she rocked him back and forth, trying to soothe him.

- Nanny Elara:

"There, there, little one. You're safe now. Whatever it was, it's over."

Ryuto could feel the heat of her body against his as she held him close, and though part of him wanted to bask in the attention, his mind was still racing.

As Elara continued to comfort him, Ryuto couldn't help but rethink his plans. "So... my Mana is basically a walking nuke waiting to go off. Great. I'm going to have to get a handle on that before I blow up the whole mansion."

But the incident also made something very clear: his power, while dangerous, was real. He wasn't just some kid playing pretend with a phone. He had access to magic that most people could only dream of, and as soon as he learned how to control it, nothing would stand in his way.

As Elara gently placed him back into the crib, still humming softly, Ryuto's thoughts became sharper, more focused.

"I'll figure this out. I've got time. And when I'm ready, I'll unlock the World App, master my magic, and take over this world... and maybe even the next one. This is my second chance, and I'm not going to waste it."

With one last glance at his smartphone, still glowing faintly under the blanket, Ryuto closed his eyes, his determination solidified.

"Watch out, new world. Ryuto Velclair is here, and I've got a system that'll make me unstoppable."
