Chapter 117: Heart attack

The voice was that of a young man who was with them when they arrived at the village. He was sweating profusely as he screamed, "Someone please save my mother!"

Tears were flowing from his eyes and the liquid had already stained his shirt. 

Both Lin Ye and the other doctors present ran toward him. Lin Ye went over to his side, "Where is your mother? Can you take us to her?"

Several people had already surrounded them and even Chu Shuang had left whatever he was doing and rushed over. The boy nodded and directed them to a large tree which a woman was lying under. 

Lin Ye noticed her immediately, this was Mei Lien!

She had only left her for a short while yet Mei Lien was already lying on the floor. What in the world happened?

Lin Ye rushed to her side. She checked her pulse and realized that it was very weak. Mei Lien was wearing a buttoned-up white shirt. Lin Ye loosened the shirt and placed her hands on the side of her chest.
