"Lindsay, how did you get caught by humans? You have an affinity for fire magic," Betty said with confusion as she gazed at her companion. She thought she was seeing things when she spotted her friend on an auction flyer.

"Flame Demons attacked us, and I was captured..." Lindsay sighed. Before she could continue, Betty understood what had happened.

Flame Demons, being hulking creatures with no interest in succubi bodies, would rather sell a succubus prisoner to slave traders than waste food keeping her.

"It's so cold, Betty, how come you..." Lindsay followed Betty into her house. Although she had heard about her friend's current situation on the way, she was still shocked to see it firsthand.
