Chapter 25: A COMPLICATED HEART

"You don't usually like this Nay? you usually get excited when we talk about Kenzo." said Ardian hoping that one day she could see the love in Nayla's eyes only for him.

"If I am enthusiastic about discussing Kenzo, would you like it?" asked Nayla seriously.

"As long as it makes you happy, I'm happy, Nay." Ardian replied seriously too.

Nayla was silent, staring at Ardian's face.

"Why are there people like Ardian in this era?" Nayla said to herself.

"So when will you meet?" Ardian asked with a pounding heart.

"I don't know sir, Kenzo hasn't given any news yet and again I want to find work too sir, I'm bored when I'm at home." said Nayla who wanted to earn money from her own sweat.

"If possible, don't work, Nay, I'll do it." Ardian said seriously.

"We'll see, sir." said Nayla who really wanted to work.

"Okay Nay, I'm going to go first." said Ardian getting up from his seat.

Nayla escorted Ardian to the front of the house.
