Chapter 109: The New Hunter (10)

"It's time to commence the experiment." Dr. Greene said in a nonchalant tone. From the looks of it, although his voice still had the same indifference from before, I could still hear a slight excitement from him.

Father had nodded at Dr. Greene before leaving, going back to his guest room to change into his hospital gown.

After seeing Father leave, Dr. Greene asked a few of the doctors and nurses again to pull me onto a stretcher and carry me all the way back to the cave. As this was the second time all of us were doing this, the doctors were already completely used to the routine. They were able to swiftly move me, making as little excessive motion as possible.

When I arrived back in the cave, I was chained on the legs again. My arms were not handcuffed, with Dr. Greene saying that there was no need for them for this experiment. After the doctors and nurses left, I was left alone again for awhile. As I started to drift off, the trap door in front of me started to open.
