Chapter 48: Monday
There was not enough time to take the bus, so instead I ordered an Ub*r back home. After immediately changing, I walked to school at a quick pace.

After handing me the DVD, the receptionist bowed.

Then, Leo found Hunter's father opening the door.
"Good morning, Uncle!" Leo said in a cheerful voice, completely masking his disappointment and anger, "Where's Hunter?"
"Hm?" Hunter's father asked in confusion. "He already left. I thought you went with him."
"Oh." Leo said. "Thanks, I'll go catch up to him!" He waved at Hunter's father as he ran towards the direction of the school.
