Chapter 87: Out of the sun god's abode

"Let's leave love".

"Do not call me that!" Nessy turned to him in anger. "I am not your love nor anyone's. l am ... I am me".

At this point, Geb didn't know what to do. He looked around for any ideas that would pop into his head, but non seemed to light up. He turned to Nessy who was still backing him and thought of a way to talk sense in to her head. He didn't even know what was wrong with her nor why she was so consumed with darkness at the moment. But he was sure of one thing, and that was the fact that he was going to leave here with her, surely.

"Take me out of here Geb" Nessy blurted "you can do that right?" She asked not bothering to turn to him.

Now Geb was filled with hope. She wanted to leave with him! That's a relief. And here he was thinking she would never agree to take her hand again. "Of course baby. I will take us out of here" he said with a firm voice as held her left arm from behind.
