Luka:i...i don't know.if they weren't punished for what they've done, then it would be the same as excusing it all. But we can't just kill every single monster that ever wronged a human. Would be just as bad as them....i don't think it's a decision that i could make.

The first category would be helped to achieve a concensous to help them, after all it was for the future of their kind., the second one would be rehabilitated to live in a society where that's not good anymore, in this case i know outhere would be people willing to "help" them with their rehabilitation that case in the succubus village there humans, are aware everyone there are succubus and they don't care about it.
