"Just you?" There was a deep chill in Trand's voice.

Qiao Yue twirled her long wavy hair and smiled, "Naturally, it's just me."

Trand looked Qiao Yue up and down, and his expression became gloomier. "Miss Chu, you're very courageous. I wonder if you have this courage or did someone give it to you?"

Qiao Yue raised her eyebrows and met Trand's eyes dauntlessly. She had been living on the edge since her teenage years, so she wasn't bothered by Trand's threats.

Trand's alias in C-Country was Jiang Zhao. Outsiders called him Mr. Jiang, so Qiao Yue followed suit.

As long as Trand didn't corner her, Qiao Yue would play dumb with him. She wasn't in a hurry anyway.
