A distant rumbling echoed in the distance making me turn my head with a solemn expression on my face.
I already knew what had happened. Midoriya's quirk went all crazy on him. And leaving destruction in his wake is what he's doing right now...
"Midoriya is shooting rope... This is bad" I began sprinting towards where I heard the sounds. There's no doubt that Uraraka and Mina would stand no chance against a rampaging Midoriya, much less one that had just weakened a second quirk.
Running on the rooftops I could feel the wind brushing against my face. And the sounds of destruction only getting louder.
"You! Hurry up or we're gonna die!" I heard another voice, which seemed to be running away. Stopping in my tracks I simply waited
"Rimuru-san? It's nice to meet you" I heard an emotionless speak to me. Of course it was Yui, class 1-B's kuudere. However, her somewhat friendly time seemed to irk Shoda
"What are you doing? He's the enemy! We need to capture him" He shouted while 'allegedly' getting into a fighting stance
"Wouldn't it be better to run away? Midoriya might attack us?" Yui however refuted, starting a strange argument as Shoda tried to convince her to attack me while she simply replied emotionlessly.
"Uh... I guess I'll leave you two to yourself... See ya later" I waved hopefully towards them before jumping off the rooftop.
"Oi! Where do you think you're going!"
"I think he's going to stop Midoriya..."

"Uwaaa! What the hell is this!" Mina screamed out loud while nearly dodging a swinging whip of darkness. It was only a moment ago when they were trying to defeat their enemies! And now they're fighting Midoriya?
"What happened to Deku-kun?" Uraraka shouted in concern, she saw his body swing into the sky as his arms were wrapped around in ominous energy. The whips his body was emitting had already reached the sky. Creating a strange show
"I-isnt Midoriya's quirk super strength? This isn't normal!" Mina shouted back in confusion, however she didn't have time to think about the logic as she dodged another whip as it broke the floor right under her
"Mina! I got you" Uraraka managed to catch Mina's arm in quick reaction but now they were both hanging off of the building as it began collapsing.
"Just let go! Don't let this cliché moment get us both" Mina was awfully reminded of those anime scenes where they can't abandon a friend only for them both to get stuck in a terrible situation
"I can never leave a friend" However Uraraka was stubborn and refused to let go of Mina's hand. Even though they would probably both survive
"Dodge!"---" Mina shouted to Uraraka however she was too late as she saw her body being flung to the right. With her body following soon after, with a serious case of whiplash... This is a pun.
*BOOM!*
On the opposite building a dust cloud blew up, and as it cleared the two bodies of Uraraka and Mina were seen stuck to the wall.
"Cough cough! Ouch," Uraraka crawled out of the crater her body made as she stared at the still-growing storm of dark whips. She got a strange sense of Déjà vu while staring at it.
"Oh god... Now there are two of them..." Mina complained with a groan as she also crawled from the cracked wall.
"A-are you alright?!"
"Couldn't be worse..." Mina smiled self-deprecatingly, scratching the back of her head. However, her face soon turned serious as she stared at the flinging body of Midoriya.
"But we have to save him... Something's wrong!" She pointed at the unconscious Midoriya in the air, causing Uraraka's eyes to widen
"D-deku-kun!" Uraraka didn't even think as she sprinted forward completely ignoring the shouting Mina. With 100% concentration, she lunged forward dodging the black whips coming at her. She began closing the distance between her and Midoriya however they still had a long way to go. Not to mention the closer she got the more violent the blackwhips got.
"You baka!" Mina had no choice but to follow as she tried to dodge the black whips she sprayed acid on them. Unfortunately, they didn't melt by the acid, making her job much harder.
"We need to save Deku-kun!" Uraraka pointed upwards as she stared at Mina as if she could do anything. But before Mina could comment Uraraka touched her fingers together using Zero gravity to float into the air
"What are you doing? You can't dodge while floating!" Mina shouted however Uraraka continued forward. Ignoring her words
"I trust Deku-kun!"
Which was sort of a good idea, since Midoriya was almost barely conscious.

Midoriya felt his conscious finnaly returning. He didn't even realize he went unconscious until he awoke. Opening his eyes he realized he wasn't where he expected to be.
'T-this isn't field gamma!', however, his words never came out of his mouth, grasping his face his eyes widened as he felt his body turn intangible like smoke.
'what is this...?' he looked around in a panic only to notice the place he was standing in. In front of him, he saw 7 shadowy figures staring at him. Their glowing eyes gave him a sense of Dejà vu. He had seen those faces multiple times before!
'they're... The past holders of One For All!' he continued looking around as he realized there was a reason he was in this unknown location. It's strange fog and abys-like sky reminded him of Rimuru's subspace. It's seemingly infinite space stretching on forever
"Hey. Kiddo lookie here" Suddenly a voice grabbed his attention, looking back at the seven vestiges he saw one approaching him. His face was much less blurry than the rest
'w-who are you?' Midoriya tried to speak only to remember his mouth was missing
"Me? I'm just a random guy... Anyway, it seems you awakened my quirk. Which is kinda nice" the man said. He had a bald head and wore a military-style hero costume, with yellow armor plates.
"Whatchu looking at? Stop getting distracted man..." The man scratched his head as he stared at the dazed Midoriya.
'ah... Sorry' Midoriya apologized
"Anyway I don't have much time so I'll make this quick. You just awakened Blackwhip. My quirk, but you don't have control. So you better train it before you unlock the rest of your quirks." The bald man said. His rough words were much different than what you'd expect from a hero.
'don't have control?...' Midoriya repeated slowly, to which the bald man chuckled slightly
"Yeah, right now you're going on a rampage! Almost squished that girl you like! Though that blue-haired slime is coming in to stop you" the bald man said as he stared to the right. A window showing the outside suddenly manifested showing the destruction he is causing
'Blue... Slime? Wait Uraraka-san!!!!' Midoriya reached for the window but it closed soon after. His rapid heartbeat now echoed in the walls of the infinite space
"I'll try not to hold you for too long, try to control yourself. And don't die too soon," the bald man said before Midoriya lost consciousness, while unconscious...
.............
"So whaddya think of that kid?" A female voice suddenly echoed behind the bald man, interrupting the silence.
"He's interesting. But too weak to do much" the bald man replied with a weak sigh, the other vestiges stayed silent, their eyes bouncing between the two
"Don't judge Toshinori's decision too early. I believe he chose correctly" Nana said with a sigh as well. However, a vestige sitting close by suddenly interrupted.
"I don't like him," the man said, his face cloaked by smoke.
"Why is that?" Nana asked with a slightly offended expression.
"His heart is too pure. When he sees the horrible things humans are capable of. He might break" The cloaked figure replied
"We can only hope he can manage" Nana sighed. She too, wasn't very confident with Midoriya's potential, he had the drive. But he was too kind, almost a pushover. Even for villains.

Opening his eyes slowly Midoriya realized he was no longer inside the vestige world. Looking around he saw his arms flailing around as blackwhips destroyed everything in their path. Shouting out in panic he tried resisting the pull using full cowling.
"Stop stop stop!!!!!" He shouted to no one in particular as he felt as if his arms were getting ripped apart.
"Deku-kun! You're awake!" Midoriya suddenly heard Uraraka, quickly he looked down as he saw her latching onto his foot. Her body was being swung around as they floated through the air.
"Uraraka-san I'm sorry!" Midoriya screamed as teras welled in his eyes... Why? I don't know, he's a crybaby...
"Midoriya it's alright l! Just stop!" Uraraka shouted as she felt her stomach turning. Even her own quirk didn't give her so much nausea.
"I-i can't!" Midoriya shouted
"I can't control it! I don't think anyone can stop it other than me" Midoriya shouted self-deprecatingly, however, he was interrupted by someone
"Not if I have anything to say about this!" He saw Rimuru flying towards him, his body surrounded by a swirling hurricane of black smoke. However, Midoriya was still not confident. He felt the power counting through the black whips, One For All was the strongest quirks!
"Rimuru watch out!" Midoriya closed his eyes as he saw a whip coming down at Rimuru directly, he was afraid to see Rimuru get shot down
"Pfft! Watch out? For what?" However Rimuru's, smoke cut through the black whips like a longsword through a baby.
Rimuru's arrogant laughter made Midoriya flinch, he had always felt like he was chasing Rimuru's shadow. At first, it was Bakugo and now it was him. As if his growth was meaningless Rimuru always achieved new strength that overwhelmed him. As if his struggles were for nothing Rimuru surpassed his naturally.
As if he was
"MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA!!" Rimuru shouted as he punched the Blackwhips with smoke-covered fists. Each of his hits cut the black whips at their roots fizzling them into the air.
'why can't I be as strong as him?'
was the last thought that went through his mind as Rimuru's fist hit his head, knocking him out.

"Looks like he's taking care of it himself," Vlad said while watching from afar, hiding between one of the buildings
"He's quite the monster," Aizawa said while landing softly. He ran as soon as he saw Midoriya going out of control, he didn't know what those things were but he had to stop it.
"And a scary one at that" Vlad commented with a slight chuckle, he watched as each Blackwhip disappeared into thin air. The smoke surrounding Rimuru was like locusts devouring a field.
"Scary... And dangerous" Aizawa muttered solemnly causing Vlad to look over, he saw Aizawa's hair floating in the air as his eyes glowed red. Looking back he saw Rimuru's smoke still surround him
"Y-you, erased his quirk...?" Vlad watched in suprise as he saw Aizawa yse his quirk yet Rimuru was still going.
"I always had my suspicions... But he's an anomaly..." Aizawa said grimly, his tone no longer lazy and nonchalant.
"Are you going to?" Vlad didbt get to finish his sentence as Aizawa turned back
"Yes, I'm reporting this to Nezu, he has to know..." Aizawa said but he stopped in his tracks as he heard the sound of footsteps
"Report to who? Apologies but I won't allow you to rat out my son to the rat" Aizawa sighed exasperatedly as he stared at the dark crimson eyes staring at him. The loud clacking of her heels making shivers run down his spine
"Unfortunately I have to, I work for Nezu and I won't turn my back against him" Aizawa said trying to calm his nerves. He always found Tempa to be unnerving, he kept his eyes and quirk activated on her. A single blink could kill him.
After all, there's no dodging her attacks.

A/N: I'm genuinely sorry for not uploading, for some reason my school decided to have 3 important test in one week... Absolutely psychotic... Though it was also partly my fault for being lazy...
