Chapter 59: Shackles

"Your ability is named Uncrowned King?" Dark Master asks once again, just to be sure that he heard it right.

To which Lux nods, "Indeed. From your expression, I can tell that it's not what you expected... What about that Ruler thing? Is it the original ability I was supposed to receive from my mother's Bloodline?"

"Yes, every single one of her clanmates inherited the same ability, but once again, you're full of surprises. This may be once again a superior ability than Ruler... Uncrowned King..."

Pondering for a while, Dark Master eventually shook his head; Lux was too strange, and for a good reason.

He was probably the first in the universe to have such special bloodlines, and still, his abilities are different than everyone else.

Normally, one would inherit the ability that lay dormant in their bloodline before slowly getting accustomed to it.

But Lux? He was different.
