Tang Wan walked forward and squinted her eyes to look at the woman clearly. She could now see a better view of her face. Li Zheng had sent her the details if the woman on her way earlier.

From Tang Wan's point of view, she could see the woman's actions clearly. Although she was screaming and crying practically that she was going to jump off, she was quite tactical.

She didn't stand in the edge where it would be easier to drip off. She was also on her toes and she seemed careful not to miss a step and fall off. It was clear that she had no intention to jump.

Tang Wan's tense heart relaxed upon discovering this. She breathed out and was more calm. She was also able to think rationally.

The woman wasn't alone on the rooftop. There were a few people around her who Tang Wan reckoned were the rescue team. They seemed to be persuading her not to jump.
