The Zenith Academy For Warlocks & Witches.

An institution established by the noble families as a way of nurturing younger generations of warlocks and witches, and keeping the magic power of the world alive and growing.

Although it was established by the nobles, it was not solely for them. 

The gates of the Academy opened up to any that showed even an ounce of talent at using mana and once one could pass the entrance exam and go through the one year of probation successfully, they will be accepted as official scholars of the Academy.

The Academy is all-welcoming, however, there are two criteria an aspirant must meet before being eligible to apply.

One, they must have awakened their ability to use mana, no matter how little their skill of mana manipulation was.

Two, they must be at least eighteen years old.
