Chapter 60: Planning the Future

The building where they were supposed to wait and rest was close to the city hall and stood in one street untouched by fire or ransacks.

It had a vast hall on the ground floor, with a big table, chairs, and a bar. A stair led to several doors in one of the corners, probably the rooms where they would sleep. Alex was anxious about that moment.

"This is one of the city's finest inns. 'The Swollen Goose,'" The orc leader said, waving a hand to everyone to enter.

"Great name," Alex muttered, and the girls chuckled while they walked through the big room. It was simple yet extremely comfortable. Without a word, Ravi walked directly to the bar, sat, and started drinking.

Some of the city denizens brought Rel'Tir to his bedroom. Lieutnant Nil'Vilar went to see his family, and soon, it was only members of the guild, counting the newest of them, Liv. The redhead was also at the bar preparing some food.

"I think I'll rest now," Tina said and started walking,
