"Are you comfortable, Leia?" Tang Xue Mei asked, as they reached their seats.
Leia nodded weakly, her eyes fluttering closed. "Yeah...thanks, Xue Mei."
Tang Xue Mei gently lifted Leia's injured leg onto the footrest, her expression soft with concern. An Yu took his seat beside Leia, his eyes fixed on her face, his expression calm and bored. But as he settled in, his hand instinctively reached out to brush a strand of hair out of Leia's face, a subtle gesture of care that didn't go unnoticed.
"We'll be taking off soon," Tang Xue Mei said, as the plane's engines roared to life. "Try to get some rest, Leia."
Leia nodded again, her eyes drifting closed as the plane took off. Tang Xue Mei settled in across from them, her eyes fixed on Leia's face as the plane climbed into the sky.
The flight attendants came by to offer drinks, and Tang Xue Mei requested a blanket and pillow for Leia. "Would you like some water, Leia?" she asked.
