He tried to push my arm off, but I just grabbed him tighter. His eyes switched between green and crimson from under his hooded cloak, then settled on crimson.

"It is common courtesy to inform you of the situation, her case is irreversible, you would do well to think about other options down the road. Pureblood females are rare but there are others,"

I stopped hearing anything he said after irreversible.

Pregnancy wasn't something that had to do with our present, but the fact that this kind of future was once there and now wasn't… That same sense of loss that I felt a few moments before attacked my ribs again. My body was shaking with it, I was barely trapping my barrier inside of me.

But it had nothing to do with any heirs.

I couldn't stop her from damaging herself. I was too damn late. Her damage was irreversible.
