Chapter 91: Unexpected Arrivals

After Han had made his selections at the System Store, he headed downstairs to his clinic, eager to see his patients and put his new skills to use. As he descended the wooden stairs, the familiar scent of herbs and the soft hum of conversation greeted him.

Gen and Blade, his loyal employees, were at the front desk, engaged in a hushed discussion. They looked up as Han approached, and their faces lit up with smiles.

"Physician Han, you're back!" Gen exclaimed, her blue hair bobbing as she spoke. Her tone was as sarcastic as ever, but there was genuine warmth in her eyes.

Blade, the young and naive assistant, nodded vigorously. "Yeah, we missed you, Physician Han!"

Han returned their smiles and patted Blade on the shoulder. "I missed you both too. It's good to be back." He couldn't help but feel a sense of relief at the familiar surroundings of his clinic. The world outside had proven to be much more unpredictable and dangerous than he had ever imagined.
