"What do you mean by you have a job?!." Millie's scream was heard over half of the entire precinct. To top things off, her office was below everyone else's.

She had called up Karla to help her in a stake out, with intention of finding out just what Addie was up to with the detective. But it seemed as though, her comrade had a job.

"Look, Mr Grey asked me to be his assistant. So I work now." Karla deadpanned, her sobriety could be sensed over the line.

"Talk about dream job!. The fuck boy hired you to be his personal assistant. It's written in the stars for you Kay." Millie announced, putting down the samples she was examining.

"It's not up to half of the credit you give it, plus, it was out of my control."

"How is something so direct out of your control?. And this is you we're discussing, since when does a man tell you what to do?." The young woman was sure that her best friend was being forced into doing this.
