Chapter 441: The last chance

Katy looked at her uncle, waiting to hear what he would say. Even if this aunty that was marrying her Uncle Henry was actually bad, she would not hurt her because Uncle Henry would protect her. 

While waiting for her uncle's instructions, she also stole a glance at Lin Lihua, who looked as harmless as ever. Her little brows tightly knitted. 

Was it because she was too young that she thought this aunty did not look unkind at all? 

Henry Blanc turned to the young girl. "Your grandma is spewing nonsense. Your aunt is the kindest person on earth. She would never hurt you. Go and stay with her for a while." 

Katy covered the distance between her and Lin Lihua and stood in front of her silently, a little nervous and a little expectant. 

Henry Blanc sighed in relief when Lin Lihua took the girl's tiny hand. 

Although he did not intend to make Katy doubt her grandmother, it was better than lying to her.
