Chapter 5: Chapter 4
The fire keeper had fallen asleep by his side.
After his first conquest, the one with the elves of mirkwood, he would need to get rules and regulations for his kingdom.
Melkor ordered the Captured Rohrim to kill themselves and if they failed do not say a word.
He needed a clean government, he knew there wouldn't be any corruption if he only enlisted the people he summoned.
Also how would one get legally married, this one would be important for him in the future. No worries about taxes, because nothing has value to a god.
He stopped thinking about such matters and got up.
The dwarves won't be headed to the lonely mountain for a few days.
Melkor didn't wanna wake up his soon too be. He tiptoed out of the room and though the house and opened the door as silently as he could.
He made no sound he turned around and saw the fire keeper standing behind him.
What truly confused him was, he was a god with God level sense, he could hear a pin from a mile away. 'This is yandere behavior' thought melkor.
"May I come with" the fire keeper asked politely. Melkor replied "yes you may, I'm going to manage a few things around here, I have a plan, but in order for that plan to work I need this war with the elves to draw out a few days"
He walked to the front battlements with the fire keeper. The area behind the front gate looked like Moria did in the first lord of the rings movie, a long empty hall with giant pillars which were needed to hold up the dragon entrance. It wasn't completely empty, there were stone tables with stone seats and entrenchments for war.
The front gate was much wider then before to accommodate the siege defenses. He summoned a large and detailed map of middle earth and laid it out on one if the tables.
He guided the fire keeper to the table and sat down next to her. He started to educate the fire keeper on the geopolitical state of middle earth.
He mainly focused on their main enemy, The elven kingdom of mirkwood. He told her about some of the last events, due to the skills, memories, and powers of morgoth he inherited he knew lots about the war of wrath.
Some of the knowledge was outdated but it was still useful to the oblivious fire keeper.
Melkor took a break and walked up to the top of the battlements and summoned a legion of 500 Uruk-kái and sent them out in groups of 50 to make entrenchments in the rocky plain that is ahead of the lonely mountains Entrance.
He gave them all shovels and pickaxes to break up the dirt and rock. He also gave them Oxen, Planks, axes, and nails he wanted the entrenchments to be top tier.
He returned to the fire keeper. He wanted some more company and he needed and an experienced commander.
'Mmmm, experienced commander and baddie, could I get a Two in one or do I have to get each one uniquely...' melkor thought, then the realization hit him. From one of the best video games in history, Mount and blade Bannerlord 2, Empress Reaghea.
She leads medieval forces and is a baddie.
"I'm going to summon a commander" melkor said, the fire keeper asked "is it a she and if so are you going to take her as one of your queens"
'The fire keeper is no fool' thought melkor who then answered her question confidently "yes I will"
"Odd isn't it, you are trying to get another wife before you even bed your first" she remarked but then ceased melkor's worries "I don't care, it does not bother more then my love for you, dear"
Melkor thought about who he wanted then Reaghea popped up on the other side the the table.
The confused Reaghea said while looking around "where am I, who are you and you" She pointed at melkor and then the fire keeper.
"I am Melkor, they call me the Elder king, this is the kingdom of Lonepak, it resides in the lonely mountain, I needed a commander for a war with an elven kingdom" melkor explained in his most charismatic voice, it was so charismatic you would think Suaron the deceiver said it.
"Elder king, well I am Empress Reaghea, nice to meet you. I am sorry but I have not heard of the kingdom of lonepak. And how did I get here?" said the Empress kindly.
She could tell this was not a fight she would win, Melkor's one handed blade was the side of her arm. The real problem she had was, Melkor was only a fee inches taller then her, but that blade handle was meant for one hand.
Melkr answered her "I summoned you to this land, and I already knew who you are. Empress of the southern empire, which lies on the continent of Calradia. I am a god, I can sink continents, I need a commander for my forces so I found one. I can wield Magic, like a wizard from the legends of Calradia" melkor said confidently while staring at the general area where Reaghea stood.
Reaghea thought for a moment before saying "I'm guessing I'm not on the continent of calradia anymore" "not the same world, but I can go to calradia and take you back, but if I do I'm conquering it" melkor said confidently
'This man is powerful, if I marry him, I can gain much more power, I can see the stage engines on the wall, they are the size of the walls of Zeonica and he has tens of them and a second layer, I love my country but I will not be conquered with them, nay not conquered massacred, this man has flames in his eyes'
She said broke "I will stay for my homeland, the entire continent could not match your might, this architecture is beyond the capabilities of the entirety of calradia"
"I will only stay on one condition, you marry me" Reaghea said trying not to show her beaten ego but she could not hide it from a god. She was captivated by his beauty, it seemed like no man she had ever met ever came close to his beauty, with his long sliky hair which reflected the sun like a mirror and his perfectly white teeth. Only problem was he had flames in his eyes, it scared Reaghea a little.
Melkor looked at the fire keeper and back "just so you know, I am going to marry multiple people, are you ok with that"
She thought for a second and then she said absolutely not under any of Melkors influence wink* wink* "I am fine with it" she held onto the hilt of her sword then walked over to the table, Reaghea looked at the fire keeper and said "I assume you will be marrying her"
"Yes she is, and she has a name, it is the fire keeper" said melkor swiftly.
