Chapter 141: Beginning
The bright sun added a bit of warmth to the imperial capital. A young man and a girl walked on the streets of the imperial capital. The girl had long, straight, shiny black hair that reached her back. While the boy had short black hair with a white bandana on his forehead.
Unlike the imperial residents who had a depressed atmosphere, the two of them had a youthful spirit and a hopeful gaze. They both looked around curiously. Their striking appearance attracted the attention of the people around them.
"Wow... this is the capital, I will become a general and make my name famous here!" The young man exclaimed when he saw the crowded streets.
"Ieyas, please stop shouting, many people are watching us" said the girl.
"Yes, yes, I was just admiring the imperial capital, Sayo." Ieyas replied.
They were Sayo and Ieyas who came to the imperial capital with the dream of becoming famous and helping the lives of their village.
On the way, they got separated from Tatsumi and reached the capital before Tatsumi.
"By the way, where is Tatsumi, has he not arrived yet?" Ieyas asked as he looked around the gates of the capital. They promised to meet at the gate before, but Ieyas and Sayo did not see Tatsumi's shadow around the gate.
"Didn't I tell you, don't give all our travel money to him, now we only have enough money for today's food" said Sayo while holding her forehead because of her two unreliable friends.
" Yo ... Ieyas, Sayo !, long time no see"
While they were arguing someone's voice called them, although they felt the voice was familiar but they couldn't remember it for a while.
They turned around and saw a red-haired young man walking towards them with a beautiful green-haired woman with a mysterious aura.
"Noah, C.C !, I didn't expect to meet you here" said Sayo happily when she saw Noah and C.C who had not seen each other for a long time.
"You still look the same and haven't changed like a few years ago" said Ieyas in surprise when he saw Noah and C.C who had the same appearance as when they first met.
"Hahaha ... I'm forever 17 years old" said Noah jokingly.
"By the way, where is Tatsumi?" Noah asked curiously without continuing the previous topic.
"That idiot accidentally got separated from us" Sayo said annoyedly.
"What are you guys doing here?" Noah asked even though he knew the reason they came to the capital, life in the village was very difficult and with very high taxes, their village could barely pay taxes and eat enough, therefore they came to the capital with full hopes to help their village.
"Well, we want to apply to be soldiers and make ourselves famous so we can help our village" Ieyas said while scratching his head.
"Since you guys just got here, I will guide you to explore the capital and introduce the situation." Noah said before walking towards the nearest shop.
"Then thank you" Sayo and Ieyas thanked.

"You guys should go back to the village, the capital is not as beautiful as you imagine" Noah said as they sat in the shop.
"Why?" Sayo asked confused.
"You guys are not suited to living in the capital, even though the capital looks crowded and lively, but that's just the surface" Noah explained.
Sayo frowned but didn't immediately agree with Noah's suggestion, because they came to the capital to help their village, so there's no way they'd go back just because of a few words from Noah.
"Noah, why don't you take them to see some hidden things in the capital" C.C suggested when she saw that they seemed adamant about staying in the capital. Although C.C was sometimes indifferent, but she actually had a soft heart, otherwise, she wouldn't have helped Mao when she was little. (Note: Mao from Code geass).
"You're right, C.C. then tomorrow night you guys come with me to see the real capital" Noah told them.
"Do you guys have a place to stay tonight?" C.C asked.
"That..." Sayo and Ieyas lowered their heads in shame because they no longer had money to stay.
"Then you guys can stay at my house first, tomorrow I'll take you guys to see the real situation of the capital" Noah said when he saw that they didn't seem to have any money.
"Thank you" Sayo and Ieyas felt grateful.

"Wow, Noah, I didn't expect you to be a noble" Ieyas exclaimed as they arrived at Esdeath's house.
"No, I'm not a noble, this is Esdeath's house" Noah said.
"Esdeath's house?, is she a noble?" Sayo asked as she remembered a cold woman with blue hair.
"No, she is an imperial general..." Noah explained briefly.
"You can choose any empty room you like, there aren't many people here," Noah told them before going to his room with C.C.

The sun and moon continued to change, a magnificent noble house stood majestically under the moonlight.
The sound of screams and metal colliding broke the silence of the night, Tatsumi who was still sleeping in the noble house's room immediately opened his eyes. During the day, because all of Tatsumi's money was cheated by a blonde woman who said she would introduce him to a noble to become a soldier, he didn't have money to stay overnight, when he was about to sleep on the street, a young noble lady named Aria offered him to stay overnight. After some persuasion by Aria's guards, Tatsumi finally stayed overnight at Aria's house.
But what Tatsumi didn't know was that Aria had a hobby of torturing villagers who came to the imperial capital like him, behind Aria's sweet smile was a distorted and evil heart.
When Tatsumi heard the noise outside, he immediately took his iron sword and rushed out to save Aria from any possible danger.
Meanwhile on the other side, a woman with straight black hair that reached her buttocks stood in front of the frightened Aria. The woman had red eyes and held a katana in her hand. She was Akame, a member of the night raid and the holder of the Teigu Murasame, who could kill with one cut because Murasame had a cursed poison that would kill anyone who was scratched by it.
"Stop!"
When Akame was about to kill Aria, Tatsumi's voice was heard from afar and made Akame immediately turn her head.
"Why do you want to kill Miss Aria, she is a good person who has done nothing wrong" said Tatsumi while protecting Aria behind him.
"Tatsumi, help me, I'm scared" said Aria while pretending to be scared and crying.
"You are not the target of the mission, get out of the way" said Akame coldly.
"I won't let you hurt Miss Aria!" said Tatsumi while drawing the sword on his back.
Seeing this, Akame immediately attacked Tatsumi. Because Tatsumi protected the vile noble, Akame would not show mercy.
...Ding....ding....ding ....
The sound of metal clashing was heard as Tatsumi blocked Akame's attack.
Akame didn't expect Tatsumi to block her attack, without hesitation she increased the speed of her attack and overwhelmed Tatsumi.
"Wait, Akame!"
A woman's scream stopped Akame's attack.
"Why did you stop me Leone?" Akame asked for an explanation.
"he's not the mission target and doesn't know what's going on, besides I owe him money" along with the voice a young, buxom blonde woman appeared next to Akame. She had short blonde hair with two long tufts that framed the sides of her head and her eyes were golden. She was wearing revealing clothes with a black top and a scarf around her neck.
"You're the busty woman who cheated me of my money!" Tatsumi shouted when he saw Leone appear.
"That's right, it's this beautiful woman" Leone said cheerfully.
"You said not to kill innocent people?, I don't know if you'll say that after seeing this" Leone said as she kicked the warehouse door behind Tatsumi until it shattered.
When Tatsumi saw the gruesome scene inside where human corpses were scattered without complete bodies and terrible conditions of death, he couldn't help but vomit.
"Now young man do you still think that he is innocent?" Leone asked Tatsumi.
"Did I do something wrong?, they are just some dirty villagers" Aria said with a scary face without pretending to be a good girl anymore.
Hearing Aria's words Tatsumi was stunned and asked.
"Are you going to do it to me too? Torture me like them?" Tatsumi asked while holding back his anger.
"Of course, you dirty and disgusting villagers, it's an honor to be able to please me" Aria said without guilt.
With anger on his face, Tatsumi did not hesitate to draw his sword and slash Aria.
"Hey, Akame, it seems like this young man has the talent to be an assassin, why don't we just take him?" Leone asked cheerfully.
Hearing this, Akame pondered for a moment before nodding.
