Seeing all this false evidence, after four months of constant work, they had finally completed creating an alibi to divert the Soul Refining Sect's attention from recognizing the third party. Tian Xing nodded in satisfaction, noting the perfect setup he had created to manipulate the minds of these devil cultivators.
He then turned his gaze to a tree producing fruits with very minimal spiritual Jing and Qi, within which the invisible dagger was hidden. Observing this unusual and strange location for the Concealment dagger, which would later be picked up by the Heaven Chosen, Tian Xing also nodded in satisfaction. He bet that only that person would likely approach this seemingly insignificant tree in terms of its Qi and Jing energy.
Tian Xing knew that devil cultivators, who are always striving for self-improvement, would likely dismiss these fruits as useless since they only offer a slight increase in cultivation. However, he was confident in his assessment that only the Heaven Chosen, who come from a humble background as Outer Sect servants, might still appreciate these fruits out of nostalgia.
Given that the Heaven Chosen were captured and enslaved by the Soul Refining Sect shortly after arriving in this world, without any powerful allies to support them, he might want to reconnect with their past experiences. After reviewing the false tracks one last time to ensure everything was in order, Tian Xing made sure the evidence was just right—not too overwhelming to cause the Soul Refining Sect members to discard it, but enough to lead them to his carefully manipulated story. Calculating once again using his Dao on how they were being led by the nose, similar to how he had used Butterfly Echoes in the multiversal war previously, he then nodded, confident that everything would proceed smoothly according to the best of his calculations.
With everything set, Tian Xing opened his arms wide and said, "Come, let's get out of this place." Gathering both of his beloved ones into his arms, one on either side, he walked toward the intact flying boats, which had an ancient design on the outside and advanced technology inside. As he walked up the stairs into the flying boats, watching the stairs automatically close behind them, he asked, "Yelena, who is the inventor of these flying boats, if I may know? Master is intrigued by their design. It's as if an engineer has mastered the art of formation to create them."
Nodding in acknowledgment, Yelena explained, "Yes, he is an engineer from the same world as me. He is Divine Raccoon Sage, the one who freed all modern people from being mere lowly mortals and servants who could not cultivate due to their poor spiritual roots. This title was commonly used before his ascension. According to the records, he preferred to be called Rocket because, as he explained, 'Raccoon' was a term of mockery used by his friends in his previous world."
Reading the memories of his variants from the Marvel franchise and those from worlds that have stories related to the Marvel franchise, Tian Xing raised his eyebrows in interest, noting that this spirit beast had intelligence beyond normal capabilities. Letting go of Yelena so she could start operating the boat, he asked, "Hmm, it seems that even though you come from the same world, you never had the chance to meet him, am I right, Yelena? As for the story of how the Sage came to be titled as such, please wait, Master. Yelena needs to activate the flying boats."
Activating the formation and the machine in the control room below deck, Yelena pressed all the buttons responsible for automatic takeoff and flight. Once everything was set and the boat had risen into the air, she opened the windows using the appropriate button, allowing her master to enjoy the view. As she snuggled into his half-embrace, she began to tell the story of the Divine Raccoon Sage.
