Xiang Wan also remembered what the doctor had told them as well. "Mom," she quickly showed a smile, "you've become a kid now that you woke up? You're even crying."

She held onto her mom's hands and smiled where she revealed two rows of white teeth. It was as though she had not experienced this painful period of hardship. "Mom, no more crying! Otherwise, I'm gonna laugh at you for the rest of my life."

Her mom could not speak for now. She could only nod her head slightly.
