With her hand on her mouth, she nodded. "I'd love to dance, Mr. Wilson."

He held her by the waist and led her to the dance floor; there were already people swaying to the beat of the music.

The music sounded like a command to her body as it swayed in the direction it wanted, until Mia couldn't think about the people at the party. It was just her and Declan on the dance floor, her gaze fixed on his, while he navigated her body as if they had practiced the whole thing. Some guests went into the duty of taking a video of them. Yet, Mia didn't stop, nor did Declan, even when the guests stopped dancing to look at how amazing they looked together.
