Chapter 248: 248- Rafael's Savage Advice

"What did that crazy woman want from you?" Nina asked her while sipping her red wine. Valerie was just in time when their order arrived.

Valerie raised her nose and took a long sniff, "Oh. It smells divine!" she quickly grabbed a napkin before picking up the fork.

She transferred some fish pieces onto her plate and started pouring the sauce over it. However, when she looked up, she found Nina staring at her instead of eating her food, "What?"

She quickly pushed the fork into her mouth and closed her eyes, "This tastes so good. Just like I imagined."

Nina was still sitting there, with her fist under her chin, "Valerie!" she moved her tongue in her mouth before she began speaking, "Why do I feel that there is something fishy going on?"

Valerie wasn't expecting this bluntness from Nina. Her smile faltered but just for a moment, "N-no! You must be imagining it!" she waved her hand and sipped some iced water.
