Chapter 3: January 18, 2023

Sometimes we talk ourselves out of opportunities because we think we can't do it. We talk ourselves out of trying new things because we don't think we'll be accepted or feel like others will judge us when that's not the case at all. This quote reminds us that we don't honestly know what we're capable of unless we try. The next time you want to try something new, like picking up a new hobby or traveling by yourself, remember that nothing is impossible if you're willing to try.
