The word 'leave me' hurt Maximus more than anything. He wanted her. He admits that he acted a bit stupidly. He wants to clear that misunderstanding. Maximus was here to clear it by any means. He doesn't want to leave this place till he gets her forgiveness.

He was ready to kneel, beg and do everything to get her forgiveness. All he needs was a word from her. He would do that to get it in one way or another way.

Maximus felt that this was his chance. If not now… then it would never be. He would play all his cards in front of her to get her forgiveness. The worst was she could kick him again just like before.

He can see she was angry. It means… she still loves him. He will explain every question she has in her mind.

Taking a deep breath, he looked at her hypnotizing silvery eyes. Which were now glowing like the crescents of the silvery moon
