Chapter 5: First encounter 2
Lucian was neither a nerd nor was he a weeb; but something about a kaiju attracted him.
From the first time he saw Godzilla on the big screen, he fell in some sort of fascination towards kaiju.
Giant beings capable of mass destruction contained a charm that had him orgasm at every destroyed building.
So with his James Gunn like love for kaiju's he dove straight into the genre, like Harley Quinn into the toxic vat of chemicals.
God knows how that turned out, a man-child listing 'sigma rules' at every occasion didn't seem any less worse from what Harley had become.
He even added them to his list of 'passions of a man', just beside Gundum (An: the nerve).
He stuffed himself with all he could about them.
From the first ever movie that was released around 60 years ago, to all that come after those.
He watched those old movies that felt horrendous to watch with their old shitty production, read all mangas that were published to date, also followed the new films form legendary studious which were aiming to build a universe around those titans.
Recalling from the wiki list that he had memorized like a 12's table to an Indian student which recorded all the monsters created for the monsterverse. The beast that attacked Lucian looked a lot like a monster that would appear in the world of the monster king.
Well anyhow that particular monster was now after his life as it stretched its claws mid leap while falling towards Lucian in an effort to tear some flesh out of him.
Lucian too waited in a position he felt comfortable or as much of a comfortable position he could get into to counter the beast.
He kept his eyes at the claws that looked and were dangerous (which his injures could attest to) as they got ever closer in what seemed a fraction of a second. Though somehow he felt he could react to it no matter the opponents speed.
The speed of the beast had decreased though not by a lot he could still feel that it had decreased with a small margin.
While he was glad for the boast he didn't think more of it nor had the luxury to in the current situation. He just attributed the gain to his adrenaline rush.
When the beast entered a dangerous distance, Lucian ducked closer in while avoiding the claws and slapped his paw at the abdomen of the beast with all his anger and aggression.
'I don't taking anything lying down bitch.'
Irrespective to the badass sentence that he wanted to convey, only screams and roars came out of him.
"Raa rawr ra…"
Falling far 'again' the beast tried to get some balance to get on its feet but Lucian quickly followed in pursuit towards it.
Reaching near the beast, Lucian pounced on its back to press it with all his weight into the ground.
Then grabbing the head, Lucian with all his might slammed it to the ground getting the head of the beast disoriented.
He further proceeded to get the beast in some sort of hold to not let it get any upper hand and then instantly regrets it.
Fortunately for him the beast apparently didn't have any jujitsu knowledge, or it would have long gotten out of that weak ass choke.
But his regret was for another reason. He should not have gone for the choke but kept hammering to not lose his momentum.
"fhuuucckk"
For his lack of any experience in fights he made rookie mistakes from the start of the confrontation.
He should have been better prepared when he saw some monster coming towards him, with clear indication of aggregation and savage insanity. But he just froze there in his spot giving the beast a fatal opportunity.
And through all the mistakes he did further on he should be glad for his saving grace that he was built though.
Mighty Strength, sturdy frame and a thick fat… hide protecting him from the beast. (An: in more ways than one.)
So applying that strength, Lucian kept pulling his hold on the beast upwards while he kept pinning its body down with his weight.
While he attempted to tear the beast in halve, the beast kept on with its struggle to get away from its impending doom.
Clawing and splashing at the arms of the bear with all its struggling force to break a hole in the defense of Lucian's thick hide. Which it succeeded when it found the holes it had dug in Lucian's right arm.
So, it then lodged its claw into those holes and used them to further go into the flesh.
But its fate had already been woven.
"Raarrr…"
With the new pain and some unnecessary roars and grunts, Lucian let his hold on the beast a little loose. But he knew that he cannot let this opportunity slide, so he pushed all the pain he was feeling to sharpen his will and suddenly dug his long gleaming blue nails jutting out of his paws under the neck of the beast.
This proved to be the right call as this was the final move that allowed him to successfully tear the head of the beast.

Getting of the beast with its head in his left hand he slums his now tired self on his first conquest.
Lay his back on the corpse slowly losing its warmth, Lucian looked up to the sky.
Raising his right hand he showed a middle finger to the sky. He said nothing, he didn't need too.
He didn't know if anyone was listening, so he just held his sentiments packed in the middle finger as he had his right arm still in the air.
He let instinct guide him, which was to bring the head, the trophy to his mouth and down the brain that the skull held.
*cough* *cough*
'What shit is this.' Convulsing his body he coughed furiously and spat whatever of that cow dunk was left in his mouth.
