Chapter 436: No Rest for the Wicked

The island was a mess, but that was hardly important since it was sinking. I had pilled everyone into my Astral Ring, including the very stunned demons. Now, I was just lying on the highest point of the island, or what was left of it.

[Umm, I just got a weird signal.]

"Oh? What do you mean weird? I feel pretty worn out after all of that, not going to lie," I groaned, opening one eye to look over. I only had about thirty more feet till the water reached me.

[it's from our boat, but it is coming this way. Since things had been hectic today, I hadn't really checked the location at all. Last I checked, yesterday they were over 1000 miles from us. Today they are less than 100, and head directly for us at high speeds. The strangest part is that they are on the surface.]
