Despite the gravity of his mission, he couldn't help but feel a little thrill of excitement. After all, he was about to summon a legendary creature that few had ever seen, let alone controlled. It was like a scene straight out of one of the many light novels he'd devoured in his youth, except this time, he was the protagonist.
