Max wondered about it for a while before saying " My brother? If it were him, he probably would not attack the capital city at all. 

The Kingsman clan have 4 total planets they control, 2 of them were their original territory and 2 of them were from when they annexed the Paratus clan. 

The reason why I'm avoiding doing it is because conquering every planet will require manpower and will lead to loss of lives. 

Already, the Whiteman clan is eyeing one of the four planets that the Kingsman control because he knows that without Will Kingsman at the helm the Kingsman forces are spread out thin and can't defend their auxiliary territories properly
