A Pugilist's attacks corresponded to both fire and lightning attributes. With an increase of 20, the sense of electricity effect and lightning attack damage would increase by 20%.

Even though 20% wasn't a lot, the badge would not take up space in the equipment tab. There were ornaments all around that could display a person's job and faction. However, not every ornament would contain attributes. In fact, this was the only place giving out ornaments like this.
