Sky Dragon City was named as such because it was situated near Dragon Island. Whereas Harbor City, as its name suggests, was literally a city located in a harbor. To be exact, it was an island in the ocean.

Harbor City wasn't a small island and neither was it a big island. It was situated by the side of the continent and had great scenery.

Even though Harbor City was merely an island, in the background story of <Rebirth>, this island possessed an extremely crucial importance. That was because this island was located along a very important shipping route within the Brave Continent.
