Chapter 6: Celestial Palace
'Thank goodness,' Dr. Rooney exclaimed.
'What'd just happened?' I squeaked. All I just remembered was the a gigantic object at my back and the green light.
'You teleported.' Teleported? The green light must be the reason.
'Yes, I channeled a stone that I found at the Labyrinth to you core. It happens to have the energy of life. And as what I saw, more power. You saved all the civillians.'
I did? I teleported me, Angela and everone on the city before the object crashed? And-the object!
'No, how?' Diggie emerged with his words. 'The Celestial Palace... what happened?!'
From the horizon, ruins was painted. Not a single structure stood whole. The castle it self was in pieces. Slowly, dark clouds covered the skies.
'Hahahaha, tremble!' At the top of the roof stood a shadow, two purple eyes was glowing at it.
'A demon.' Dr. Rooney announced.
We were astonished at the darkness, not a single muscle dared to move. The creatured showed us the body's head he carried by his claws.
'Kaja!' Diggie shouted with dread. The shadow dispersed, leaving a black mist.
It was so fast. I turned to look if everyone was okay but... Dr. Rooney. Where is he?
'Doctor!' I called. 'Angela, it took Dr. Rooney.'
'Doctor.' I saw her face breaking.
I recalled everyone with that shadow and I'm sure of it. It's Helcurt.
