Chapter 98: What if she's a man?

Warm rays of sunlight pour into the room through the open door that leads to the balcony. A furry pigeon picks on its feather, perched on the railings. Stretched out naked on the bed, Mun Soyoon stares at the pigeon with a disinterested look in her eyes.

"This pigeon reminds me of Chang Seol, " she mumbles softly.

Sitting on the chair with his legs on the table, Geun glances at her. "You have taken over my bed since you came back."

"I don't have a place to sleep." Mun Soyoon puts her chin on the pillow. "Brother of my father's mistress sneaked into my room at night"

"Is that man okay?" Gen frowns at her.

"I lost my calm," She smirks. "I might have broken his ugly penis. It was hilarious watching him trying to keep his screams down. But I didn't want to stay there anymore. He knows my disease. The mistress also wants me to die. But I don't want to die before I see his wedding. I have a lot to do in this short life."
