Chapter 102: VEIL (2)

Arkien was in his office when Miss Frea and another instructor burst in without knocking. He looked up from his paperwork, a small frown on his face. He detested being interrupted.

'Is anything the matter?'

"Headmaster," Miss Frea began, "There is a veil that has appeared in the academy."

"What?"

The male instructor standing next to Miss Frea nodded, "I did not notice it at first. However, some students are missing."

Arkien glanced at the clock in his office. "Why am I knowing of this now." He gave the male instructor a glare. He dared not glare at Miss Frea.

The man trembled slightly. He was an anthropoid so the pressure of Arkien's signature felt quite heavy. "We did not figure it out until a few minutes ago."

"Which students are missing? Where is the veil? Someone call Madam Saisha and get her to drop that veil."

Arkien stood and threw on his long purple robe.

"The students of the main house."

Arkien paused in his steps. "What?"
