Lexine was guided back to the room once the party was over. Empress had ensured that she did not leave the room before everyone else was done. To say she was tired would be quite an understatement. She was utterly exhausted. Who would have guessed that walking in heels was so exhausting? This was one of the reasons she never allowed Ceeret to dress her.

Back in her room, the Empress had ordered for her room to be provided with everything she desired. Among that was the very obvious need for light. Therefore once of the soldiers brought in a heat rock. "Infuse some of your energy into this rock and it will provide enough heat that it will light up for the rest of the night. Once dawn breaks, it will go off on its own."
